Unfortunately, this is a case of forgotten agreement termsClient was not gifted any services but rather agreed to a "transfer of membership" with accrued services from boyfriend mother to herWe have a signed membership transfer and the client willingly provided us with an updated credit card to
continue on with the membership dues of $each month as stipulated by the transferred membership agreement. We have communicated with client several times and provided multiple opportunities for her to catch up on using her accrued services by waving monthly paymentsClient has continuously mentioned that she is too busy to come inWe communicated to her to simply call us to apply a courteous extension to wave paymentsHer accrued services are still intact and available, and there has not been any double pay but rather reinstatement of monthly payments after waving several months on her behalfFurthermore, by her own admission in the complaint she acknowledges her membership because she incorrectly describes the cancellation processShe was given a cancellation form to complete in March and not returnedShe also mentioned that we have tried calling her.to update her credit card which she has doneThe complaint has no true merit and we've done our best to accommodate this clientOn the other hand, we recently have contacted client and resolved this issueShe recently came in to return cancellation form described aboveHer membership that shehad taken over from her boyfriend's mother has been cancelledWe will continue to allow her access to use her accrued services, so long as she communicate her intentions with us

I can’t speak highly enough about the group of young men who moved us We were impressed w/how timely, fast and efficient they wereThey knew what they were doingfrom unhooking to rehooking washer, dryer, refrigerators and sleep number beds to moving heavy entertainment centers and furniture We were especially impressed by how respectful, well mannered and willing to please they all were

The two men that helped me move units at my apartment complex were awesome! They got everything moved fast & in perfect conditionWould definitely recommend them to anyone looking to hire help for moving!
These guys are great! We haven't moved in years and were so glad we used them! Helpful, kind, polite and everything you could hope for in movers moving your person things! We would only use them if we had to move again

Mr*** did in fact purchase a month contract with us. In his contract it clearly says, which he also initialed saying he understood that after the initial term it goes in a month to month auto renewal. It also states that in order to cancel, we must have written confirmation in
order to do this. This is why we ask all members to come in to cancel their membership. All staff knows that if someone calls to cancel they let them know that they must come in and speak with a manager in order to do so. We have let Mr*** know that we are unable to draft his account this month due to an expired card. This is an amount that is owed, since the account is still active. We would be more than willing to help Mr*** in cancelling the membership after he has brought the account current and/or help him book and use the services that he has not yet used on his account
The client called us on and had a conversation with our assistant managerThe assistant manager offered the client a good solution which the client agreed to and did not indicate that she was dissatisfied.We will be happy to speak with the client again to see how we can further assist her.It

My family members have used this these movers times in the last months Every move was done quickly and professionally We are very satisfied with their service and will call them again if the need arisesevery move was
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with Massage Envy in KeizerTo get a massage with a female therapist they are booking days outSince most people don't know their schedule that far out it is impossible to use the massages that are included as your membership If you cancel you have only days to use up your massages but you can't get in for months -- sure not legal???

Everything about FFMS was excellent The moving consultant (Payton) that took my booking was pleasant, informative and efficient The crew that moved me (Jose and Adel) were very careful, efficient, courteous, and pleasant to work with The crew arrived within the time frame quoted and they completed the job within the estimated length of time quoted .This is the third time we've used FFMS and I would use them again and recommend them to friends
One of the most pain free moves I've made Adam and his crew were polite, professional and efficient

We were stood up by another moving company and called Firefighting’s finest movers They were able to fit us in the same day and the two gentlemen that came were professional and did a wonderful job moving our property! They’re slightly more expensive but worth the additional $per hour for peace of mind and dependability! Thank you to the firefightings finest for coming to our rescue!
I wanted to say how wonderful Aaron and Nick were to my mother and her belongingsI moved Mom from a independent senior community to one with more care and a much smaller apartment They arrived on time, were most helpful in getting things loaded and unloaded They took great care in all they did for us I would highly recommend this company for your move I am calling them again for when I move this fall to be closer to my mother They were my only call looking into movers as I wanted to be supportive to the Firefighters and they will be my only call in the futureSOOO worth the experience
