We had a really great experience with Firefighting’s Finest!! The guys that came out to load the truck were very professional and respectful of my mother’s belongingsAnd they were fast too! Only took them hours to load everything, equivalent to a bedroom/2bath, kitchen, and living roomWould definitely recommend them and/or use them again if needed

I've used Firefighting's Finest three times nowI've been pleased with their service, up front and reasonable pricing, and care taken with our property everytimeThis move was with Nick *** and two othersThey were professional and courteousDefinitely recommend

We had called and left a voicemail the day before regarding the appointmentWe had never heard back to say that the appointment had need to be cancelledThe appointment was scheduled right after checkout of the last appointmentAfter it was minutes into the appointment we called again and left
a voicemail stating the cancellation policy and trying to touch base with the client to see what was going onWe waited hour after the appointment would have ended and charged out the appointmentWe only have our cancellation policy because therapist only get paid when they are working, so if the time is booked we want to make sure its taken care ofIn the voicemail we had stated that we had an appointment scheduled and we were trying to touch base with the clientWe also reminded of our general cancellation policy, 50% charge for a same day cancel if we do not re book the spot and 100% charge for a no call no show. When the client called back the manger was out we only had a shift supervisorThey are unable to do refunds that can only be done by the general manager or the assistant general mangerThe charge was voided and we had taken care of the therapist regarding their time

All I want is my contract cancelled as I sent a certified letterThey would not cancel it over the phoneI also sent a pymt for $to fulfill my month obligation. I have not used these services in over months I feel that the contract is not fair and the wording is hiddenAny any other contract aka insurance etcif the services are not paid for after the month or month obligation the company cancels the servicesI feel that massage envy sending me to collections is ridiculous and I am sure if I got an attorney involved we would winAll I want is for the extra months to be waived since I have not stepped foot in there in over monthsDon't the have an obligation to inform the customer of what they are signing instead of hiding it

With all of the credit card fraud and holidays just around the corner, I WILL NOT give my credit card # out on something that was supposed to be a nice giftUnfortunately this gift has done nothing but cause unneeded drama! As far as a walk in goes, since I will not give my credit card out...like you said, you fill up quickly; therefor how do you expect to get me in? HMMMMM I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR ENDORSE MASSAGE ENVY! When this card was purchased, no one made my husband or friend aware that 1-I needed my credit card on file and 2-that there are no walk in's during a working mans hours available! This card is completely unusable due to those facts, That their response does in fact confirm!

We made a move from a first floor apartment into a bedroom condo The move was the best we have ever had They communicated en route so that we knew exactly when to expect their arrival They were both highly efficient friendly and courteousThey did an amazing job in extreme heat conditionsThe move was completed in record time and everything arrived safely Just a great moving experienceCan't recommend highly enough

Called them on a Wednesday and they showed up on Friday to move our furniture Very professional and did a great job Will be using them again

It was the best surprise we found once we moved here a year agoThey were on time, courteous and handled every piece of furniture with kid gloves! Individually wrapped each piece of furniture, loaded and unloaded in a methodical order and even packed up a few odds and ends for me as wellThey were worth every penny I paid for them to move me and if I ever move again-I will call them again!!

I found everyone with Firefighting Finest Moving to be professional and helpful The young men that came out were very hard workingThey completed the job quickly
