I am rejecting this response because:
I still to this date, have not heard from MainStreet Renewal about my concerns. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, no attempt to make contact with me. The repairs needed in this complaint have still not been addressed, I cannot even get someone on the phone to discuss lease terms. I am not sure what I have done to be treated with such disrespect, other than make every payment to MStreet on time and in-full, and I have taken care of the property to the best of my ability. So, yes I am rejecting this response from the company as it is the same response as the 1st attempt and the same result.
Regards,

Main Street Renewal Did not contact Revdex.com after speaking with me like they said they would Main Street Renewal is not Loyal and I don't believe them, they need to contact Revdex.com and tell Revdex.com what the conversation was about if it was resolved [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: again I still have not heard from anyone. This is a ongoing issue with your company. I am just continuously told someone will be in contact to handle this matter but no one ever contacts me. Horrible way to run a business. I am doing my job as a tenant which is paying my rent on time monthly. Your corporation has yet to do their job which is handle issues with the home I am leasing from you.

I am rejecting this response because the same problem still exist. We have had M. Green come out for the a.c. unit and the contractor said it was too hot in my garage, the attic space for him was too small, and that we would need to reschedule. He did not attempt to make any repairs instead just came and left in a matter of 5 minutes. This occurred on August 22,2017 @ 15:45. I have reached out to M Green for another appointment but they refuse to do any work around my schedule during the week due to temperatures in the evening in Texas. However theyinsist that we schedule for the weekend mornings only. We have no results thus far in regards to repairs and still waitikng to hear for availability!! My back door has been replaced yet downgraded from the original exterior model. Instead of replacing with the same 12 pain glass exterior door, now we have a solid door with no pains or peep holes. Sad to say but seems as though my maintenance repairs are half way complete or downgraded to Main Street Renewal interests. We are in working progress to get other work orders satisfied so I may be following up once I get an update.

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted shortly after submitting the original complaint with the Revdex.com by a lady from Homestar group. She stated that she was calling to verify that the repair had been made that I submitted a work request for two weeks prior. I explained to her that the repair was never made and the tech that they sent out said he couldn't fix the problem. She conveyed her apologies and said she would contact her supervisor about the issue and get it resolved ASAP. She also said she would call me back later that day to confirm that she addressed the issue. I haven't heard back from her or from Main Street Renewal. So it has been well over two months that this issue has been going on in my rent home. The pad is still ripped up under the carpet and last I checked the concrete under the carpet is wet. Still no resolution.

Ms. [redacted],
I am not clear on exactly what you would like at this point. You have reached out multiple times to multiple people through multiple channels, ie., email, phone messages, tenant portal, Revdex.com and each time it is a new issue (or actually an old issue) that you are referencing. It is unclear to me exactly what your outstanding issues are and what you are requesting. Please advise and I would be very happy to work through this with you. I just need a final issues list and the outcome you are requesting.
Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:I have...
received no contact from them since I cancelled my request to use their services. I am not their resident, so they do not know where I live, and my phone number changed to ([redacted] on 09/25/2017, but the phone number for the second applicant has not changed, and neither has the email addresses supplied.

[redacted], I previously reached out to you on 4/2 to discuss the situation and I am seeing from the Revdex.com Complaint that there are still issues. Can you please let me know what time and number I can reach you to discuss? Cordially, [redacted] ###-###-#### Internal Ext. [redacted]
W e have received the Revdex.com complaint and have sent the information to our Resident Support Team . The resident will be contacted within 1 business day to determine resolution.
Attached are photos of the red stain (which in reviewing is on the bathroom counter, not the window sill...and it was not assessed a charge) and photo for the stained window sill as well as photo of 2 window screens. I do not see another set of photos. So, it may be two damaged. We DID NOT charge for painting, which could have been charged due to the mis-matched touch up, nor the stains on the carpet.
If you would prefer we deduct for painting, carpet and bathroom counter top with red stain, we can do so and NOT charge for the additional 2 windows previously identified in the calculation.
