I am rejecting this response because: I am still awaiting an email or letter with the correct verbiage clearly stating that upon receipt of my payment of $450.00 MS renewal will contact NRA their collection agency and have the disouted account removed from all three credit repositories to which they are now reporting. I also will need MS Renewal to provide me with a payee and mailing address for me to remit the payment.

I am rejecting this response because: I have heard this same response from Main Street Renewal several times before and...
the problem still exist. The last time I called in to speak to a representative about this issue and why it hasn't been resolved yet, she specifically said that she had escalated the priority to emergency status and someone would be in contact to fix the issue within 48 hours. That was last wednesday, I still haven't heard a word from them. My wife spoke to them about a week before that and they told her the exact same thing and we were never contacted.

because: I have repeatedly been told that someone would be contacting me since the beginning of these issues and I am still waiting. Three days ago it would be 48 hours. For the last few weeks I have left voicemails, messages and even faxed [redacted] in the Texas office to no avail. All responses throught the resident portal are never responded too in a timely fashion and then I am notified that the repairs have been forwarded for a work order and will be contacted which I never am. I am beginning to think this issue may need to escalate to the next level for a resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't agree with the explanation provided. The pictures forwarded to me do not show $800.00 worth of repairs, which is the amount these Crooks have decided to steal from us.
