Order was purchased on December 28th, 2016Order supposedly "shipped" on January 8th, 2017Order STILL IN TRANSIT as off today, February 1, 2017 It has now officially been over a month since Lotus Legging took my money for this order. I have requested a refund several times. A mere email stating what tracking information I've been given on numerous occasions is not enough. If I receive a full refund, I will return the package to sender. I want to have nothing to do with this company.

As I stated originally it needs to be able to be cashed in Australia! You need to understand we do not have [redacted] and it is extremely rare that anywhere accepts cheques other than banks let alone cash them in.As I requested I want the refund to be via paypal so I am not forced to loose a majority of it to have it banked and as I originally payed via paypal it should go back in the same form of payment!I will NOT use this cheque as my bank has said they can not guarantee is will be accepted and I will not take that risk!

I don't accept this response because I have been in touch with your Facebook team several times and after 6 weeks of waiting I have been given the list of excuses as to why I haven't recieved my products. So fat I've heard

instead of 5-10 days it actually takes 35
and now I've got another brand new tracking number as of March 31st although I have tracked these items they still appear to be in the USA EVEN THOUGH it's been another 8 days.
I'm beyond tired of waiting for my products. I want my products and a 50% refund. I don't want a stupid code because I won't be ordering from you again. I am a single mum of two special needs kids. I had to save for 3 months to be able to afford to order from this company. Which is now going on 8 weeks
