I am rejecting this response because:
Hey there,   I need to reopen my complaint, ID [redacted]. I don't see a way to do that online. Here is what happened:   On March 2, I received this message from you and Lotus Leggings through your online portal: Hi Ms [redacted]   Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the inconvenience. As mush as we would want to send your overnight or in 3 days we can't do that. There was some technical issues that resulted with the failed delivery of  your order. I know the wait was too long and we apologize for that. Would you like to wait for another 5-25 days for the items to be reshipped or a refund instead?   Lotus Leggings   However, on February 19 (ten days prior) I had a separate email from them stating this:  Hi [redacted],   Thank you for your patience!    This email is to confirm that your order has been canceled and successfully refunded to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we hope you’ll visit us again soon!    If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us at this same email address.   Best Regards,   Lotus Leggings Customer Support   They had already "cancelled and refunded" my order way before they offered to re-send it in the March 2 message. Because companies often use the excuse of returns taking up to two weeks to show on a credit card (which is ridiculous), and because Lotus response times are so incredibly slow, I wanted to be sure I was well outside of that window before coming back to say definitively that the refund WAS NOT PROCESSED. They still owe me either a refund of $65.22 or the shipment that I originally ordered. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.The refund is correct and what I want.  That takes care of the monetary end of things.  What this DOES NOT answer is why I never got any response from e-mails, messages, private messages and why you even blocked me from Facebook when I sought answers.  Is this the normal way you handle customer service?  This is the most disappointing customer service experience I can ever remember.  It also marks the first time I've ever had to consult with the Revdex.com.

I still have not received leggings or a refund. If I accept the response, it implies that they have actually done something. Until I receive a refund to my credit card or leggings in the mail, I don't accept it.
