I am rejecting this response because:
I will never do business with this company again. It's been long enough now that I don't remember the exact details but basically after a few months I was told that my order was never shipped at all. Thankfully I was refunded my money but it sucked because I had purchased from this company for my wife on Christmas and she was very excited. It took them far too long to respond and I could never get much information out of them other than there were some delays with shipping or my item was never shipped at all.
