response because: I have already contacted them and asked them to reship my order. They agreed. I then asked them to advise me of shipping date (Feb 12) - I have not yet received a reply. I asked them to status the original order via their FB page and sent it to them on Messenger on 1st February. Georgyn replied on Feb 1st saying 'We will now request for a reshipping from our processing department. A tracking # will be available in 5-7 days after reshipment. I really get the impression that either these guys are complete con artists, or they are totally incompetant.

I don't accept because it seems that my order only got any traction AFTER I filed my claim. I tried to email customer support team, and I would never get any information that was specific to MY ORDER. I would only (when I would get a reply) get a generic information regarding processing and shipping terms. NO ONE would ever give me an update on my specific order. The company has refused to answer my questions on Facebook - why is that? Why do you treat customers like that if you are a legitimate company? And why do you only get tracking info within 5-7 days after shipping? I should get it within 5-7 business days unless the product is coming directly from China, so you're probably not telling consumers that.
These are the reasons I'm not accepting your response and I don't wish to waste any more time with your company.

I specifically mention that my desired resolution that I want a refund and I have no desire to receive any replacement product. I do not want to any business with this company. I do not want any of their products. I want a refund. They offer if I have questions that I should email them, but as I've mentioned they do not respond to their email, so their offer to contact them means absolutely nothing.
