hope your doing well. sorry that your having such a hard time with your order. we would like to explain. we announced that we had delays due to chinese new years as well as fire incidents. we were set back an additional average of 15...

days. if you ordered anything in feb your tracking number should be available. please send us a private message and we would love to see where the package is at for you or any customer. please allow us up to 24 hours to respond on the page as we are slammed. your package should be there this week. all customers with delays in jan and feb are receiving stuff since last week and still receiving. we appreciate your patience. this is a one time thing that never happens but as a brand we are owning up and making sure we are communicating with our community to let them know. our loyal fans will understand this because they know the experience they have here and its awesome. if you have any questions please look at FAQ first for your info for your country. They say they announced the delays but that is a lie. This is the first I'm hearing about it. Also, I sent a message more than a week ago asking how to being the return/refund process and they never responded adequately. They directed me to their website but that doesn't give detailed information. I emailed asking for details and address to deliver my return, with no response. Of course their site says the return needs to be processed within 7 DAYS. It took me over two months to get my order and now I can't get a refund because I was traveling when they finally arrived at my house? This has been the worst our hasing experience of my life. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell their products to customers in the US

Relating to the below purchase made with Lotus Leggings on 11/7-11/9/2016, the lack of shipment, and lack of refund.

Merchant (Lotus Leggings) is not responsive via phone. The only communications from an actual person are below.
Automated communications are attached in the word document along with a time line of the activity.
This merchant is potentially perpetuating fraud, providing horrible customer experiences for multiple customers per online reviews, and has questionable business practices.
This purchase was made on 11/7- 11/9/2016 and I have only learned this week (2 months after card charged) that the item was unavailable.
The merchant also claims below that a refund was issued to my credit card, but that has not happened. It's been 7 days since refund was mentioned - I gave it a few extra days due to the holidays.
Please investigate this merchant and provide redress for the refund which is pending.

I am rejecting this response because:
I will send back the product and I will pay the shipping cost but I WILL NOT pay the 5 USD for re-stock. I'm not satisfied with your very low quality products, I'm not satisfied with your very low customer support. So, I want a refund of my money and I wont pay the "re-stock" fee.

I do not accept this response because I have messaged the Facebook page regarding the order and my message was read, but was not responded to. This was 19 days ago and I still have not received a response. If there were delays with my order I should've been notified or received a response from the business when I reached out multiple times.
