if you have questions that are not answered please reach out to [email protected] or reach out to our facebook page. items take up to 25 days to arrive. if you have issues please contact us on page to resolve this as Revdex.com will not be a channel to solve the problem as we are only able to provide a response and point you in best direction. we are responsible for shipping over 10,000 orders a week with our brands and sometimes delays or issues appear and we do our best to solve them. check your spam as well for email for replies as sometimes when we get flooded with emails when the replies are sent it some times goes to spam and you have to look for it. we have a record of responding to every inquiry we get in no more than 24 hours as well as our page. we would love to help you and make it right for you and even make it up if we did something wrong but please reach out to us and do the diligence needed before contacting third party resources.

Since I filed my complaint and your first response, I have sent numerous emails to you. NO RESPONSE. I have also posted messages on your Instagram page, and NO RESPONSE and then they are mysteriously deleted. Good thing I am now taking screenshots, so it just helps with my complaint about how this company took (read: STOLE) my money and now are completely dancing around the subject of where my tracking number is.
If you have the time to respond to a Revdex.com complaint, you have time to respond to an email.
I work in international logistics. If I have the capability to track 100 containers at any given time from all over the world moving to various locations in the United States, it's completely baffling to me that you can't respond to an email address with tracking information for LEGGINGS.
You should already have my email address from the 10+ emails I've sent. Why don't you feel free to reach out to me (and no, they aren't going to my junk email otherwise, how could I have possibly received the email that they were sent out).
So far, you have only offered up excuses and not once apologized to me for this disaster of an experience or tried to actually make the situation right.
If you want this issue to be resolved, give me a tracking number and proof that you sent out something I paid for.
Honestly, you are a huge disappointment as a company. I don't know why half of your products go out without a problem and then those that don't are ignored or swept under the table. You need to handle ALL of your shipments and customers respectfully.

I am rejecting this response because:
I waited very long for your response, which is a shame. When I went to return the package it was to cost to me 62 USD to send it back. I payed already 52 USD for your low quality product. I wont loose more money. So I wont send anything because I already lost money. I think you know that and that's how you make your profit. From customers that are not satisfied and don't send back the product because they would just lose money. I'm just done with this. Your company is such a fraud.
