I was given this excuse months ago due to a fire in a warehouse in chine.. as if that would have anything to do with me. I WAS also told that they had mix ups and my things were lost through mailing and I never received any other comments or excuses. I've reached out on facebook your site and also through email for the last 3 months. There is nothing being taken seriously and I still have not received a response or my paid for leggings. This is not being handled at all, only ignored.
