I am having difficulty viewing a tracking number, and have limited trust with Lotus Legging due to recent interactions. As a result, I will not consider closing the case until I receive the leggings or a refund.

I've not heard from the business at all. I'm extremely annoyed at this whole situation and I would like my money back.

hope your doing well. sorry that your having such a hard time with your order. we would like to explain. we announced that we had delays due to chinese new years as well as fire incidents. we were set back an additional average of 15...

days. if you ordered anything in feb your tracking number should be available. please send us a private message and we would love to see where the package is at for you or any customer. please allow us up to 24 hours to respond on the page as we are slammed. your package should be there this week. all customers with delays in jan and feb are receiving stuff since last week and still receiving. we appreciate your patience. this is a one time thing that never happens but as a brand we are owning up and making sure we are communicating with our community to let them know. our loyal fans will understand this because they know the experience they have here and its awesome. if you have any questions please look at FAQ first for your info for your country. Soon after I filed my complaint I finally recieved an email with a tracking number. Only 3 days later dos I receive my product. Customer service is still horrible and I would never order from this company again.

I have still not gotten either product or refund. I want the company to know that sending a the product would be acceptable and to please send me a tracking number.

I am rejecting this response because:  I don't see why, as a small business, you can't issue a check to me in the amount of money you took from me. The fact that you never set my package is not the biggest issue.  I understand that things like this can happen,  and as long as they are rectified,  I'm totally fine with that.  The fact of the matter is,  you charged me without shipping my items,  then your poor customer service resulted in the delay for my refund.  If this had been my fault at all,  I would take the gift card and walk away,  but it isn't.  I expect your company to do everything in it's power you give me a full refund because that's the way thks kind of thing works.  I no longer want anything from your website,  not just because I don't trust you,  but also because,  as I said these were supposed to be a gift which is now a moot point. I knew all the money goes to the same account, there is absolutely no reason your company shouldn't be able to write a check from that and send it back to me, or call the credit card company and see if there is any way they can help you refund the money to my card because you messed up so badly. [redacted]

I did in fact receive my order, despite your company shipping it way after I contacted you about cancelling it because it was far beyond the shipment dates described. When I opened my order it was incorrect. I contacted your support email and have not heard a response. I would like you to send me the correct item or refund me for the item and I will return the incorrect one.
