I ordered the white droid leggings and received the blue star wars leggings.  These images were sent to the company within an hour of them asking for proof of the error, received no further communication from them and these photos were sent to them on January 27th.  It's now March 20th and still nothing.

I placed my order on 12/4/16, and apparently based on the info above, Lotus Leggings didn't acknowledge my order or process it until 12/16/16... 12 days later. As of today 12/23/16 I still have not received a tracking number. Obviously having a holiday sale banner on your website and holiday gift marketing ads when you have no intention on actually processing or shipping the orders in time for Christmas is false advertising. I expect a full refund for the order I have not received in time for Christmas. A purchase made on 12/4 has no excuse for not showing up in time for Christmas. I finally received 1 generic response to my original email to Lotus Leggings and they failed to acknowledge my cancelation request. If my order has shipped I have no idea, but at this point its irrelevant as the gifts are needed tomorrow. Even this response above is generic and they do not take responsibility for failing at the one thing they are supposed to do.. send customers their orders in a timely fashion. Above it states.. they will work with me to resolve the problem ASAP?? Then please respond ASAP to the multiple emails I have already sent to the above mentioned email address.
