They still didn't fix my problemI had originally emailed them a few minutes after I had placed my order on the same day and asked to change the size I orderedNo one replied to my emails or Facebook messages and they deleted my comments for help off of FacebookI WANT A REFUND IN FULL FOR THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD AND DO NOT CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE OR FOR SHIPPING IT BACK SINCE YOU DIDNT FULFILL MY REQUESTI don't want to do business with a company with poor customer service nor do I want to give my money to themThey sent me a tracking number but still didn't change my sizeThe tracking is useless if I don't want it and they didn't fix my problem

There are seven observable Chinese holidaysWhen I ordered this product, the date was not one of them, which was February 20thAdditionally, their response claims that there is a tracking number providedThere is noneThey are asking me to close this case because they "gave me tracking" when they did not, as well as liedThey also said that they had tried to give me a refund, but had issues with PayPalPaypal draws directly from my checking accountI have had refunds issued easily in the pastThere is no reason there should be an issue now

After I filed my complaint I finally received my order. I would like to drop the complaint .

I have emailed the company twice since Wednesday asking what the consider a "partial" refund (I would like a specific amount before I accepted their offer, as well as when I could expect to receive it). Even though I got a confirmation email stating that they received my email at 2:42 pm on Wednesday, and someone would "get back to me with a response within 24 hours", I have still yet to hear back from them. I do not trust this company to actually issue a refund when they ignored my emails for months and now can't even respond to this email regarding this case. If the company were to provide me with a specific and acceptable numerical value and a timeline in which I could expect said refund, I would likely accept their response, however I cannot get a reply back from them regarding this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
I tried to (politely) deal with this issue so long ago that I no longer have the leggings. It is ridiculous that Lotus Leggings would assume I would still have the product after over a 7 month delayed response on the part of the company. The state in which Lotus Leggings operates had to get involved in order for the company to respond! The lack of communication and terrible customer service puts an undue burden on the consumer. The email I received was accurate in that Lotus Leggings has delayed responding which caused inconvenience in my life. For these reasons, I would like a full refund. Thank you. [redacted]

I'm accepting this response, but I would like to note that I still believe you handled this situation poorly. I attempted to message your company one more time on Facebook, a couple of days after I had seen you read my first message asking for help and you blocked me, therefore it didn't go through. What an awful way to treat your customers... Thank you for eventually following up almost two months after the complaint. I do appreciate that.

I am rejecting this response because:
It will cost me £10 to return the leggings. I don't see why I should pay to return the leggings to you - they're faulty and therefore it is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage or to refund me in full on the basis of the photos. I also resent the fact that it has taken me 40+ emails and 3 months to get to this point - you should refund the money purely on the basis of the time I have wasted dealing with your unfit for purpose customer services. As a point of fact - it is not an occasional email that is lost, it is every single one as far as I can see - I have since received another email from your company stating that a replacement is being offered which will be the third time I have received a completely inappropriate and circular response from your team - it is as if you have 3 stock responses which are sent indiscriminately when customers complain. Ridiculous. In fact the response you have posted on here is the first email I have received that is actually in response to my complaint and not copied and pasted from some word file that all your reps seem to have access to.
