For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was told before paying for the job to get done at the store we had asked if the sand would also be hauled away and they said yes that's the only reason I had them do it if not I would have found another pool company to do it Also upon reading what they had wrote I had called the store that I had purchased everything etc and they said that the sand gets removed from the property once out of the filter my fiancee was standing right next to me I have also read other remarks from people saying their sand was removed but the tech dropped piles of sand through their yards so they are lying when they say they don't remove the sand I spoke with the same person I paid for the sand at the store when I called and asked about the sand removal his name is *** very good guy .also when I called the store to complain about the service I got the manager *** and he gave me some bull crap number that was nothing but survey type of things I'm also sending pictures of the chunk of fiberglass I found which was deep in the sand also the greenish blackish stuff on the ground from him back washing with a hose I asked him not to use and he refused also all the sand I picked up my self and sifted through for days also pictures of the color of the water in side the pool pump and the way the pool pump area was left upon his departure as you see the water is green not clear inside the pump We tried everything to help my one dog but nothing works for fiberglass on fur we tried baths medicine everything but a vet couldn't afford because was having house painted at the same time plus paid over for sand new rings and gaskets and labor so I am depressed with out my Winston Churchill who was helping me cope with my depression and PTSD and it has gotten bad again I also have a signed after David by my painter who was here and got wet from the hose I asked the tech not to use

Leslie's pool provided onsite service to install pool equipment purchased from themthey damaged the other equipment, as well as the new ones along the way when they came back after the damages were reported to themThey first agreed to take care of all the repairs to damages they caused under the general liabilityBut they changed their mind to refuse to service the claim unless a waiver of all consumer rights to release them from claims, warranties, etc, etc is signedThis dispute continued for the past months getting no where
A package of filters was ordered to our pool
Delivered 06/11/2018: When the filters came, we noticed that we ordered were the wrong size
06/12/2018: An email was sent to "[email protected]", but nobody responded
06/13/2018:Another email was sent and a call was placed In addition, an "Online Contact Form" was filled from their website, but nobody responded, nor returned calls, not even an answering machineFurthermore, the number that appears in the website does not match with any business
06/14//2018: An "Online Contact Form" was sent from their website again, nobody responded it
Today 06/16/2018, A notification was sent at "Shipping & Return Policy Form" from their website, but it showed an error: "this page was not found"

We contacted Leslie's pool service and scheduled a service call for 2/4/I had noticed a leak on the top of our pool filter.The service tech arrived and my wife explained our issueThe tech examined the pool and also found a leak on the in line chlorinatorHe provided a quote to replace the entire chlorinator, and a quote to replace only the two hoses on the chlorinator that were leakingHe also quoted replacing a gasket on the filter (which was our original issue)He did not have the parts so scheduled a follow up for 2/On 2/the tech arrived without the gasket to fix our original issue, the leaking filterHe also did not have the parts to replace the two hoses on the chlorinator, even though my wife reminded them when they called to confirm the appointmentThe tech proceeded to remove the chlorinator ENTIRELY as his solution to the problemHe did not get our advance approval to do thisWhen I arrived home, as you can imagine I was quite shockedWe contacted Leslie's
Pool was ordered June 24thEstimated delivery date on most items was July 2-Business days on pool walls and 7-business days on linerWe received the pump July and that has been itNothing else has been shipped and there is no other information that has been given to usThey will not issue a refund due to it being in "production", but yet cannot give us a time frame to which it will be shippedThis is a big deal to usWe have waited years to be able to get a poolWe did our research and went to all the local distributorsWe chose Leslie's because of their customer service and the fact that they could get it to us within a certain time frame since all of the parts are "in stock"Every time we call to ask where things are at they seem annoyedWe have paid 1/of the fee to the company that will be installing it, but we are going to have to cancel that as well since we don't even know when we will be getting the poolI'm honestly just done with the processDo not wast
We hired and paid Leslie's Pool to do a diagnostic test on our pool in February The test came back as having a valve that needed to be replaced on the heater The service person ordered the part and came back and fixed this valve in March The heater was used times and then stopped working again, so we called Leslie's in May (within the days to have the original services covered under their guarantee) to let them know the heater that they "fixed" was not working We requested a different technician since the first one that came out did not actually fix our problem A new technician came out to look at it again after canceling several appointments last minute which prolonged us getting services The technician said a new piece of the heater was broken that wasn't disclosed in the original diagnostic test and needed to be fixedHe said he had to order a part that was related to the circuit board and he said that this problem should have been noted by the first
I went to Leslie's pool supply for the first time after I bought my first personal spa I have never had to take care of a pool or spa therefore I went for their professional adviceI gave them the type, gal capacity and specifications of my spa Dan, the person who was this day at the store helping customers, seemed pretty knowledgeable and recommended me to buy a full bucket of 1'' chlorates and to use one in a small floater device I asked twice since they have a section of spa products and the one he was selling me was notHe said with confidence yesI came home and used the product as toldOne day later my spa had triple the recommended chlorine safety levelsthe bucket is big and I only used tablet that is pretty much intact since a couple of hours of this tablet floating in was enough to provide chlorine to my spa for a month!I went back to another of their sites near my houseSame store, different locationThe employee there, Josh was his name was definitely more

A couple weeks ago I was sold some Cler-Aid because my pool was cloudy and I had my Waater tested The salesman said I could return it if it did not work, well it did not and yesterday I went to return it and the Manager Dan, was loud and obnoxious about it embarassing me in front of other costumers in line of which left and one who told him to return it Not only that, he fouled up my water test, he suggested I had an above ground pool which I don't and then said I must have drained it and refilled the water which is wrong as well He said he could not issue a store credit because it was not the policy, I said fine return it to my card, he said I would need to call customer service because he does not have authority to return items This is hillarious because right above hm it clearly states if a customer is not satisfied with a product, they will return it I had to pay $to my neighbors pool guy to clear my pool which only took him minutes all he did was put in a couple
I tried to use their “Best Price Guarantee” today in *** ***, GA store to have them meet price of pool chlorine tablets from local *** ***Guarantee states they’ll match price of a comparable product from any local competitor They said Sams is a different formula even though I showed them a photo of Sams container showing identical formulaThey refused to honor guarantee!
Received only one item in a 2-packSpent minutes on the telephone waiting for first, then second repApparently Leslie's systems showed that only one item was shippedRather than immediately sending the second item, the response was "we'll look into this to see what happened This of course is an internal issue - should not be my problem TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am rejecting this response because:
The responder did not "speak to me" to find truth, he pretty much said I was lying Yes, I am not a chemist and just assumed high acidic conditions would do that damage, but it doesn't take a brain surgeon to google other causes and find that HIGH PH can do the damage as well....and that whole chemical process they had me follow brought my PH level very high and continued to be high for weeks after I had a difficult time bringing it down It was not JUST the Green to Clean product, it was a series of products that contributed to the damage that they had me do over several days My prior pool color was a consistent dark green...and I sent them pictures of that so that even their rep that came to see the pool could note the consistent coloring My pool had some algae but it wasn't such that I couldn't see the bottom of the pool....and I've used several other algaecide products, most of them from Leslie's, on my pool previously without any issues I don't know how else I am supposed to "prove" this besides having pictures of a consistent color that doesn't look scarred and then after the treatment having a tie-dyed blue/green/yellow/white pool that is rough I came immediately to Leslies when this happened, I brought pictures of before and after When my year old pool pump went out right afterward the treatment and the installer took it apart, and examined everything, the cause had to be chemically induced...high acid OR high PH But of course the Leslie's rep didn't bother to mention that High PH could do that damage as well I've had the original pool builder provide an estimate for fixing it and it is about $ Because the pool is older, even though it WAS NOT DISCOLORED or ROUGH, I would be fair and ask them to pay half of that cost and the water refill I don't really appreciate the lawyering up comments - it is as rude as the phone call was Customer service and respect is a thing of the past If they don't respond appropriately, then I will find appropriate responses

I have an ongoing problem with Leslie Pool locations They have purchased every pool store in my area so I can't go anywhere else conveniently After my most recent customer service experience at their location on West Pinnacle Peak Rdin Glendale I will never again shop at any of their stores The Leslie Pool stores are all understaffed and have employees that are not interested in providing helpful customer service because they know that customers can't go anywhere else in Phoenix to buy specific pool products I was at the West Pinnacle Peak location today trying to use a coupon on an item that I recently purchased in the last weeks Most companies understand the value of helping and keeping customers and they honor their coupons after a purchase Leslies on the other hand find every reason they can to not help you What a poor business They are the worst

Worst service ever! They are completely incompetent, rude and unprofessionalNot only did they leave the job unfinished with parts all over while I was in the house, they turned off a bunch of breakers because they did not know what they were doingThis, included turning off my watering system so since they didn't send anyone back for three days, all my plants and grass diedSecond guy who finally showed up was just as incompetent, brought the wrong part and my pool is still not fixedAll this because I made the mistake of calling for a simple service call to clean my filters and change the starter button my spaDO NOT call Leslie's Pools for ANY type of service!!

Several years ago, I contracted with Leslies to replace a bulb in one pool and a pool light kit in another I paid in the store and the items were stored in their back room until the tech could come out When he finally came out, he said the kit sold to me needed a special adapter ring and it would be hard to find They finally located the only one in the whole metroplex and I paid for it and it was also stored with other parts in the store When the tech came out, he said it was now too cold to replace the lights He would have to do it when it was warmer outside The following spring, I contacted them about coming out and the tech said I had a different problem that would require draining the pool He would be back when that was coordinated and effect the repairs to the lights then For the next two years, we went round and round trying to schedule the replacement for which I had already paid One day, a check comes in the mail for $600+- with a letter stating they had perfo
