Horrible service.They would not replace a motor I had under warranty they are crooks
They want for a brand new motor when we still have a warranty for the one they last brought from under a year agoWe do not have the money to waste on this and are barely able to stay in our house as is
it would be appreciated if Leslie's could honor their end of a deal with a pool contractor for a warrantied motor but it appears they are not capable of it.So essentially, we had a contractor out for the motor within a year, got a new one, now that new one is broken without lasting a year, and they expect us to buy a brand new dollar motor

One of the sales personal come from the back of the store and asked me if he could help meI said I needed a water sample done.he the noticed I had a gun on my side and asked if I could strap it down, I said it didn't have a strapHe then ask me to take it to my carI told him it was my right to carry, that he didn't have to worry about me coming back to any Leslie's stores any moreAnd that I would tell everyone I knowThis is the Evans #*** in *** **phone number ***

Wife went in to the store to just get some flock and shock, gave a water sample and was told that she needed "Leslie's clear aid' the manager and employee was arguing on how to use it
We brought the crap and ran pool for days, now it looks worse than everThey upswell to sell stuff that is bad for your pool Oh yea then they have a no refund polices
Thanks Leslie's my memorial weekend with a cloudy poolThey upsel , and now I'm going to have to drain my pool I wish I would of seen the rating before I used this company

Absolutely the worst pool service I have ever used They don't show up when they are supposed to If they do show up, they don't fix the problemI am currently trying to get them to come back, yet, again, for a simple service call to clean filters Their cystomer service is horrible Their telephone call involve marathon hold sessions Then there is always an excuse as to why they haven't shown up I will never use them again

I purchased a new Jacuzzi Salt System and Pentair speed pump from the Leslie,s Pool Store in Mt, Juliet TN the first part of August After it was installed I had trouble keeping my pool from being GREEN! I would take a water sample into the store every few days for weeks! Was told each time to add chemicals And over a period of almost 1/months spent over $dollars in chemicals With no results The store manager claimed that my pool was testing chemistry Told me this many many times!!! And he did not know why my pool was still greenOut of frustration and spend so much money on chemicals and getting no results I went to another pool company I was informed that thru their testing that the pool salt system was not producing chlorine So I returned to Leslie's telling them that the new salt system they installed was not working He disagreed but I insisted that it be replaced as I had it tested other times from other places, the same results (system not producing chlorine) Finally came out and replaced the part This whole time it was the new part! And they were selling me chemical after chemical Over $!!! worth I believe I should get a reimbursement for the money spend on chemicals And if that was'nt bad enough I called the main office and spoke to Catalina about my experience She told me the the district manager of my area will be calling me within hours A week went by, NO CALL So I called Catalina back a week later and told her I did not hear from anyone She at this time said sorry, and said Jacob (distmanager) will call be calling me shortly with in a few hours THAT WAS DAYS AGO !!!!! Lack of training and very bad business

I purchased a pool cover from Leslie's Pools on SeptThe promised delivery time was 10-daysThey charged my credit card on September After a month of waiting I started to call to see where it wasFinally after two calls and two e-mails a cover arrived on November It was the wrong cover! I called on November to get a refund because I couldn't wait another five weeks for a coverThey told me that they couldn't refund it because the box had been opened(How would I know it was the wrong cover if it wasn't opened?) After four weeks and many e-mails and calls and excuses from them, I still had not received the return voucher so I could get a refund, so I turned it over to my credit card companyAbout two weeks ago I received an email that Fed Ex would pick it up that dayHowever, after two weeks it is still sitting right by my door, and still no refund from them (my credit card company credited my account and are dealing with Leslie's Pools)I felt like when I called or emailed them that they would say/write whatever it took to appease me, but there was never any follow through on their partI will never buy anything from Leslie's Pools again!

Spent $on what they said would fix the pool Nothing happen! Still green! They have no clue what they are doingAnd they look down on you if you don't have a million dollar built in!

To Whom It May Concern,*** *** placed an order with Leslie's Poolmart on September 6th for aTSuction Side Pool Cleaner On August 18th we received a call from the customer stating she was having trouble with her cleanerAll manufacture manages the warranty on equipment;
we arranged contact with Zodiac to assist the customer. After talking with the manufacture *** called us; It was determined the cleaner could not be repaired, we agreed to replace customer’s cleaner in efforts to speed up the warranty exchange processA new cleaner was shipped on September 9th, 2014.Upon learning of the Revdex.com complaint we contacted the customer to make sure the cleaner was working correctlyI was able to make contact ***; she stated that the cleaner was working properly now and her issues have been resolved

I received a call that Leslie's had set up a appointment for 08/15/without consent from myself and the tech was actually at my door to drain our pool and acid wash tomorrowFirst off NOBODY is home at o'clock in the afternoon, second I did not set up the appointment, third the lady on the phone would not reschedule because she can't guarantee a time frame that fits my schedule ???, I told her that I was only home at 4pm, and she says leslies time frame is between 12pm and 5pm to drain the pool, and the same time frame the next day to acid wash the poolOur schedule only works after pm during the week, but she was not interested to work with our schedule, although she did ask if we wanted to reschedule she was unwilling to work with our busy work weekI then told her I would have to go with another company that actually works with their customers work schedule, and she said fine,I will tell the tech to leaveUN considerate to say the least

The service manager went out to the customers home and felt the walls in several spots and the finish was very smooth with the exception of 3-spotsIf we had damaged a pool with a poorly done acid wash the entire surface would be roughThe customer advised the service manager that the pool
was 13-years old which is beyond the life of a plaster job.We reached out to CDC Pools and will have an update once they inspect the surface

The *** store is in the business of ripping people off Everytime they test my water, I walk out with hundreds of dollars of chemicals They give conflicting advice based on who helps you that day I recently had a problem with yellow mustard and they sold me $of chemicals that did not work I went to another local pool company and $later my algae problem was solvedI won't do business with them again!

When I lived in *** (July to December of 2016) and had a pool, I primarily purchased pool supplies from Leslie's in Antioch and Brentwood, CA I had created a Leslie's account under my email address months after I moved to *** I started receiving emails that I earned rewards, many of them This made me nervous since I hadn't shopped at Leslie's since November of I thought my identity had been stolen I logged into my account but had to reset my password first because somebody had changed it without my knowledge When I finally logged in I found that the names of the people who purchased my house in California were populated in my pool profile I used a "contact us" form online and alerted Leslie's to this but after weeks I have still not heard back from them I am very concerned about identity theft in case

We purchased a pool heater and had it installed by Leslie's PoolOnce installed, the heater would not work and gave an error codeWe have attempted to get an employee to repair the heater by calling several times and going to the storeThey state they will send someone out, but they have not come outThe heater was installed on May We initially called Leslie's on 6/when we first attempted to turn the heater onI feel this should be handled quickly as it is a new install and has not worked at all since it has been installed

Terrible customer service!! I went to store *** ** *** *** and the employees name was JordanI took some pool water in to be tested and the lady acted like I ruined her life! She took my pool water, tested it , printed out a copy of the paper, highlighted it and handed it to meI just purchased a pool and I have no idea how to take care of itSo when I ask questions about the paper work she proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupidI have already explained to her that I don't know anything about pools or the chemicalsI ask questions so I can learn but when I'm getting feedback from someone who is supposed to be a professional like this "try not to blow yourself up" it really upsets meI left the store more confused than everI will never go back to that store again

I am appalled that the manager of the store snapped at us and said "Let's go" because the store had closed a few minutes earlier The doors were unlocked and we did not check the hours I will NEVER give your locations our business again Also, I will make sure the pool businesses that I know, cease their support of your establishment Your manager of that location is a disgrace! It is no wonder you are rated an "F!"

In March bought a new pool cleaner from Leslies Around 4th of July the cleaner stopped working The hose and diagram broke off Marty was the Manager of this store and told me that if the cleaner did not start working properly he would replace it Every couple weeks the diagram would break and I would have to replace it In January the cleaner stopped moving I called the store and spoke to Ed the manager and he asked me to bring it in to the store The store had the cleaner for over a week and I went to pick it up the manager Ed told me that he had not looked at it I went back a few days later and the cleaner was on the counter I brought the cleaner home and replaced it and the cleaner still did not work I called and spoke to Sean District Manager he told me that he was going to call the store and get the estimate on the repairs The cleaner was on the deck for several weeks and no one called me from the store I hooked up the cleaner and it only worked

I am a new pool owner, and I ordered a pool safety cover from Leslie's on 9/3/17, at the cost of $3,My credit card was charged on 9/6/It is now 11/13/and it is still not installedThe manager stated when I purchased the cover that a service person would be out "in a few days"He finally showed up after daysI had a five hour window, so I took a half day off from work to waitHe was hours late, and measured the pool in the dark Ok, now to wait weeks for the cover to come in and be installedThis should have happened around 10/or soAround 10/20, I started making phone callsI called the local store and spoke with the managerHe said he'd check and call me backNo call backI called again, was told the same thing, no call backOn 10/25, I called the actual service department of Leslie's, and they tell me that I am scheduled for a week laterWas anyone going to tell ME that?
