We apologize for the missing order. We issued a refund for the order in full to the customer’s original method of tender, a Visa card, on December 11, 2015. We are sorry the refund has not posted to the customer's bank or credit card account. To research this further, we need a copy of the customer’s monthly Visa card statement showing the absence of the return that should have posted around 12/11/15. We ask the customer to please e-mail a copy of her statement statement to [redacted] or fax it to Kohls.com Support at ###-###-####. We ask the customer provide her name and order number on the fax. With this information, we will be able to research issue further.

Kohl's has failed to answer the other question at hand as to why their social media staff refuse to respond. Someone in this department needs to be re-coached, or, ideally, fired. Kohl's has yet again committed to ignoring their customer by not fully answering the questions I clearly laid out in this complaint. Is reading difficult for Kohl's staff?

I will consider this matter closed when I am credited the $70 in Kohl's Cash I am owed.  I recently placed Order# 4431776298 and would like the $70 to be applied against that order and back on the card I used to provide payment. Given that I have had no replies to my emails via Kohl's directly, I am only comfortable closing this matter through the Revdex.com since that's the only way I've been able to receive a response.

Upon review of the order [redacted], our...

records indicate there were no
known system errors at the time the order was placed. He will
need to return the item to his local Kohl's store or we can schedule a UPS
pick-up for the item and process a return back to the credit card used. We are
unable to refund the charge back to his credit card without the merchandise.
Also the customer’s order total was $46.59 before the shipping cost was added,
therefor not qualifying the customer for free shipping. Due to this we would be
unable to accommodate the customer’s request for shipping reimbursement.

Here it is again... I ordered TWO BLACK Vera Wang tights, two pair - SKU on the invoice says 89028994. I ordered two pairs of Black tights. Kohls sent me two pairs of GREY tights. I need Kohls to send me the correct items (2 pair of black tights). I also need Kohls to provide me a return shipping label (at their expense) to mail the wrong items back. I want the wrong items picked up from my porch (at Lohls expense amd by Kohls setting up a UPS pickup from my porch. I shouldn't have to drive to UPS AND I shouldn't have to drive to Kohls to exchange these. This is Kohls error and they need to fix it. I am so unhappy with Kohls service. They have replied to me in email twice, asking me to "cooperate by coming into a store to exchange". Not doing that. Kohls needs to fix their mistake, take accountability and send me what I ordered a month ago!!!
