Hi,Have you heard from the company? Yes NoNOAre you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? Yes NoNO. I understand that I will only get partial refund. However, I did not get the partial refund, even it is two months after the case was opened. I want my gift card form refund, which is worth $98.66. The company said it will mail to me, but which kind of letter needs to take 2 months to mail ? That is ridiculous. Ok I will be contacting the attorney general on this matter. I know my laws. If you make contact with a client/debtor, you can not contact then until the next day. So contacting and speaking to me was understandable but calling me again an hour later after been spoken to is againts fdcpa laws. I will make sure this is brought to the attention and see any further actions legally that can and will be taken.Regards,

We
recommend the customer visit his local Kohl's store with her receipt and
request to speak with a Store Manager to assist with processing the return. We
apologize for any inconvenience.

We
apologize for difficulty the customer has had in receiving her adjustment. We
have contacted the management team at the [redacted] Kohl’s and they will be
happy to accommodate our customer’s adjustment. If the customer can please
simply bring her receipt in store they will process the adjustment.. The current
Kohl’s Cash earning period ends March 26th, so in order to earn Kohl’s
Cash she would need to go in store before this date. Otherwise, she may wait
until our next Kohl’s Cash earning cycle in April.

 After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com and calling Kohls Corporate Office twice, I was finally able to speak with someone who informed me what exactly had happened.  He stated that my original call on December 3, 2014, did not begin any refund process like I had been told. The customer service department was still looking into where the merchandise went and had not started a refund. They kept pushing to have me reorder the original merchandise and pay a 2nd time. After calling corporate a second time, I received an email stating that the refund had been started and I would have it within 3 days, not the 7-15 business days that I was told in the beginning. I should not have ever had to call corporate in the first place. When I made the original call on December 3, 2014, and stated that my merchandise was missing and even UPS agreed that only 2 of the 4 packages were ever shipped, my merchandise should have been re-shipped and everything would have been fine. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Per our customer's complaint, a relative purchased the items, is the customer able to provide a receipt off of a credit card statement or bank information for the proof of purchase? More information is needed in order to resolve for our customer.

We have applied a credit to our customers Kohl's Charge in the amount fo
$2.65 and are mailing out customer a Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the amount of
$42.60. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days to receive via
USPS.

Because I did receive the funds back and had to re order the coat and took a size smaller because they no longer carried the coat in the size I order.. I  had to pay more for the coat I reordered than before and the coat doesn't fit.. I  was told if I  returned the coat I will not receive my discounts. So I  am stuck with a coat I can't fit or ware.
