For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I've been trying the number that I was given since January 19th and NO ONE answers some days I'm on hold for more than 30 minutes. To resolve this issue I would appreciate someone crediting my KOHLS charge card with the merchandise credit. If I was issued a check as I was told by the sales associate this problem would have NEVER existed!
If I need to speak to a corporate refund associate please call me at ###-###-#### since they don't answer the phone.

Our customer needs to speak to our Corporate Loss Prevention Department. It appears we have attempted to reach out to her numerous times to discuss her corporate refund and have been unsuccessful at making contact with our customer. Once she returns our call, we will be happy to issue her refund as...

We advise the customer to return to the store with a copy of this complaint indicating our response. As stated we are able to look-up purchases made via a Kohl's Charge account as far as 18 months. We are unable to process a refund without the physical merchandise.

Upon review of our records, it does show the return was successfully applied to the Visa ending in 2312. The customer would need to contact the bank to discuss the return credit being applied to a new card since this transaction took place originally over 4 years ago. At this time we consider this matter closed.
Upon review of our customer's inquiry regarding Order
4478625168, it appears it is a duplicate order. The customer did confirm
receiving the original order in full and is responsible for her balance of $984.20.
The reason she did not receive credit on her Kohl's Charge is because she was

shipping address the customer entered when they placed the order on Kohls.com.

We were unable to find the customer's rebate with the information provided. At this time we advise the customer reply with their rebate tracking number for further research.
I totally dis agree. Since I have received the Khols cash the stores have always accepted the Khols cash after the date. Whoever has replied to this email is stating they only accepted by the expiration date and that is totally false. I feel I am being ripped off due to a change which a simple email or simple letter would have cleared up. If this is how Khols is going to treat their loyal customers this is very sad. I still think they should honor the old Khols cash and not make any exceptions after the Chang on August 1st. I'm sure a lot of customer did not know. I would even accept a letter to present to the store to use my Khols cash. I am not asking for money I just want what's fair. This is not ten dollars this is eighty dollars. I would also like the name of [redacted] of Khols and or an address as I will be reaching out to all. Please help to resolve this. Khols is a multi billion dollar company, and it's just not fair. I don't think I will be going to Kohl's anymore, as they do not seem to appreciate their customers.
