Signage and pricing accuracy is very important to us and we
make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled and
placed with its corresponding sign. If a mistake is made, and an incorrect sign
or piece of merchandise is incorrectly posted on a sales rack, the price listed
on...
the sign or merchandise should be honored at the point of sale register. I
regret that our associates were not more accommodating when the matter was
first brought to their attention. Please know that your comments have been
taken seriously and I will be forwarding your concerns to the store's District
Manager for internal review.
We did review the call between the customer
and our Corporate Refund associate. The customer was informed the only option
for her non-receipted return would be the Kohl's Merchandise...
Credit, and we would have to
locate the original purchase in order for us to refund to how it was purchased.
We stand behind the decision made by our Corporate Refund Department.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:I know from prior phone calls to Kohl's that given a Kohl's order number, their customer service can look up the Kohl's cash codes used in the order. It is because of current delay that I am now only able to locate two of four full Kohl's Cash codes used in my canceled order #[redacted]:KOHL'S CASH VALUE: $7.47KOHL'S CASH NUMBER: 225066162108633PIN: 8627 VALID: 03/03/2017-03/17/2017KOHL'S CASH VALUE: $55.97KOHL'S CASH NUMBER: 225075814187153PIN: 9474 VALID: 02/24/2017-03/26/2017The other two sources are Kohl's cash of $10 value each, ending 4366 and 6746 as listed in the order confirmation details, and I know for a fact that customer service can verify their use towards my order balance, via their internal system.I expect a good faith effort at investigating my claim as I have provided all the information necessary and available, and I will not entertain any further excuses for delay. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you
experienced in regards to not receiving a call back as requested originally.
One of our advisors in our Executive Offices, did leave you a voicemail for you
today, to follow up with your concern and address it further.
Upon review of the customer’s original transaction, it
appears the order was rejected due to the mismatch address and billing and information.
We did attempt to contact the customer via phone to...
verify the information but she
did not return the call until the next business day. Unfortunately the
replacement order was placed after the Kohl’s Cash earning period. As a gesture
of goodwill and our commitment to customer service we have credited $160.00
back to the customer’s VISA on June 3, 2015. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Kohls contacted me offering to give me a discount code (which is widely available on the internet), and either accept my return or pay for the alterations to get them hemmed correctly (since Kohls had removed the original hem). I find this solution completely unacceptable, especially after hearing that another friend of mine who had ordered the same pair of pants for the same event, also had the same alterations made to remove the hem (poorly I may add) and tag altered. I find this to be completely unacceptable, and Kohls needs to acknowledge that this business practice is unacceptable and to provide the proper compensation for our trouble and the inconvenience that this whole ordeal has caused.

the merchandise was received back to the Warehouse on 12/30/14. . We advise our customer that returns may take 7-14 business
