Upon review of your concern, it does show
the full return was done on November 26, 2016 which is why the original was
voided. Another $30.00 in Kohl's Cash was reissued the on November 26, 2016,
since it was returned, so the Kohl's Cash was handed to whomever made the
return on November 26, 2016. We have researched it further and at this time,
considered this matter close.

We do have our premium electronics policy printed on the back of our
Kohl's receipts. Certain electronics brands or warranty products must be
returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a
valid receipt or account look-up. Refunds for warranty products are...
handled by
the warranty service provider. Even exchanges are not allowed on premium
products. The store must process a return and the customer can repurchase the

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I feel that the way the situation was handled was a horrible inconvenience to me. Between live chat, emails, facebook messaging and calls to the post office I have spent more than a couple of hours trying to get what is rightfully mine. The delays are not fair to the customer. I did my part. I ordered, paid and that is all I should have had to do. Now another delay waiting for this credit. It has been over a month since I placed this order and I still have to wait to get what is owed me with no thought to my time or inconvenience. Good customer service would have taken care of this immediately and not required constant follow up or me being asked to trace the package and call the post office. It should have been refunded in full right away. You failed to do things you said you would within the time frame you gave. I am now stuck with a gift card to a company I no longer wish to do business with because of the way this was handled.

Unfortunately, we do not issue cash back for Kohl's gift card. It is also stated on the gift card is only redeemable for merchandise at the Kohl's store or Kohls.com. It also states it is not able to be redeemed for cash or the purchase of other gift cards and also is unable to be applied as a form...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].I spoke with the admin for the President of Kohls, as I had also sent an email to their CEO, and we talked about my complaint and it was resolved by kohls reshipping the item that was never delivered. I asked her why she could reship it and the CSR's could not, as that was my initial request on resolving my complaint, and I was informed "I don't know why they would have said that as the item was in stock." The item has been reshipped with a delivery estimate of March 30,2017. Should I not receive it, again, I will be sure to notify you.

We apologize for the inconvenience the customer experienced due to not receiving Order 5133256380. We did process a refund in the amount of $82.23 on the Kohl's Charge ending in 4845. Please allow 5-7 days to have the credit reflect on the customer's Kohl's Charge.
Upon review of order [redacted], our records indicate a refund in the amount of $25.42 was processed back to the form of tender used on 12/29/14.
