We advise the customer to reply with the e-mail address as well as order number as we were unable to locate the order the customer is referring to. We apologize for any inconvenince.

Our customer needs to contact ###-###-#### directly to discuss her corporate refund further. They have attempted contacting our customer directly numerous times.

Upon review of customer's online Order 5917779080, we did process an additional credit to the customer Kohl's Charge ending in 8219. The amount credited is $35.93, which was noted by a supervisor who handled her inquiry.

Regrettably, we are unable to cancel the Kohls.com order, as it has already shipped. In addition, the charges on a customer's charge card are authorizations that went to the charge card company when the customer hits "Place Order"; a customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order,...

until we are able to systematically verify the order status. The credit card company holds these funds; however, these authorizations will drop automatically within several business days. Our records indicate there were no known system errors at the time the order was placed. We advise the customer to contact their financial  institution for further assistance.

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern. Can the customer provide the gift cards numbers or screenshots of what was in her wallet. That way we can research further on our end.

We apologize for any inconvenience our customer experienced. Unfortunately, we are not reissuing or replacing any expired Kohl's Cash. Kohl's Cash does need to be used by the redemption date listed on there. Unfortunately, that applies to our dollar off coupons as well.

We can confirm a refund was processed back to the form of tender used on 10/08/14. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, yours could be sooner or later. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records show we received the customer's complaint through another channel and have addressed her concerns. On 12/14/15 we credited the earned Kohl's Cash back to Kohls.com order #[redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s Charge...

I have been told by Kohl's.com that I would receive a full refund within two weeks since November 20th.  I called and spoke with 7 different people, all of whom told me that they had to "open a new ticket" and "I would receive a refund within two weeks".  That was 50 days ago!!!!!  Why am I to believe that now they will send me my refund?

I am tired of re explaining my complaint over and over!  Kohl's initiated pickup from UPS of items I never requested be sent back and refunded. My daughter and son in law had to stop the pick up of multiple shipments of items I never requested be returned! This has been nothing but a hassle! I will never do business with Kohl's again and have shared my story with others. I had been a loyal customer, but now will take my money and business elsewhere! I know I have also influenced my friend and family to also take their business elsewhere!!

None of my several issues were addressed. All I got was 'I'm so sorry. here's a $30 gift card to shut you up. No one cares enough to call you and make sure you're happy. And to top it off, I'm just going to inconvenience you more and make the customer call corporate". THIS IS NOT OK!!!!!!!!!! Look at the pictures of the garbage I've received.

Our records indicate our customer received the $20.00 of Kohl's Cash via email which was earned on order #7752383203. This was subsequently used on an online purchase on June 26, 2016. As such, the return value was reduced by $20.00. Additionally, the Master Card was credited accordingly. If our customer is having outstanding issues, please have them contact the issuer of their Master Card.
