We have no records of any known system issues that would cause the customer to place multiple orders. The multiple transactions were not due to a Kohl's error. The customer has been provided her return options if she desires a refund.

Off When You Use Your Kohl’s Charge.’ While other coupons may allow for multiple
forms of tender, a Kohl’s Charge must be used as the tender for this particular
coupon.

We have verified a credit was applied to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 7521 on November 16, 2016. It does appear in the amount of $42.49.

I know that KOHLs believes that they have sent the awards by email, but they have not been received or used. They appear unwilling to try to figure out why I have not been receiving their emails and instead just continue to deny there is a problem. That's not helpful AT All. They are not even going to try to figure out why they are unable to get these to me. That's a poor attitude toward a very long and loyal customer. It is truly offensive and hurtful to me that they are not even willing to try to determine what the IT problem is and will continue to say they are sending me awards that I am not receiving. Pity. Just lost much of my loyalty.

Upon review of her order [redacted], a label was created for the missing item however the package was never picked up by our carrier causing a mis-ship. A refund will be processed back to the form of tender used. We are unable to ship another item at this time. If the...
customer would like to reorder the item, we are happy to honor the original sale price of the item. The customer will need to reply back with new order number so that we can make the necessary adjustments. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our records show all applicable credits have been returned to the customer. Additionally, the customer was contacted by an Advisor in the Executive Office on 12/08/15, and 12/16/15 to discuss her concerns. We apologize for any additional disappointment.

[redacted] Although originally the address was wrong, within an half hour after realizing this I contacted one of your representatives from Kohls on your chat box help. I have a copy of the discussion with that representative and they assured me that possibly it could be corrected at that point, the address, or that upon its return to the warehouse that it would be sent out to my corrected address. Because if I didn't think that either of those was not exactly the correct advice, I would have cancelled this order. I am shocked and quite frankly surprised that you would still agree that although a valued customer does not have that merchandise that I would still be responsible to pay for it. And I have started. Again I do not know of one business in this country that would go along with that. I have just made my first payment on this bill. And I believe I will not be paying another dollar towards it since I do not have the merchandise. You have lost a great customer and I will share that with family and friends.
We stand behind our previous statement and consider this matter closed.
