Upon review, the charge of $9.90 is an interest charge that was assessed only once to the account. Per the Cardholder Agreement, interest is assessed on the account when there is a balance on the account. This account has carried a balance therefore an interest charge has been assessed. We are...

In order to assist our customer with the rebate, is the customer requesting packing slips? The customer is able to log into her shopping account on Kohls.com and print out packing slips for her orders.

We apologize for the inconvenience  our customer experienced on his store visit. The customer reached out to our Executive Offices on October 08, 2016. The customer advised us his issue was resolved by his daughter. At this point, we consider the matter closed.

Although this is not the resolution I desired, as I do not wish to have to shop again, I will accept the resolution from the business. My desired resolution was to have my account (Kohl's charge) credited for the $35 due. I do not wish to make another special trip to Kohl's, as the past two trips were out of my way also, but I will accept the resolution offered. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We are more than happy to research our customer's inquiry. We are requesting a copy of the rebate form mailed in be provided in order for us to research further.

Using an auto dialer to harass me is agains the law and that is why Kohl's is being sued. I also contacted the consumer protection bureau and the yare investigating the call dialer which is prohibited under the consumer telephone act. Kohl's need to eliminate using auto dialers and collections department is no help even though I am trying to work it out. I can prove that the auto dialer is illegal in this situation.

Upon review of our customer's concerns,
the customer will have to contact the manufacturer in regards to his luggage.
Due to the allegations made by the store, any further contact should be
addressed with our Corporate Office.
