We are unable to research the customer’s concerns without

Kohls claims that it has already refunded for the difference in Order [redacted]. But I have not received the refund as yet. Please ask Kohls to provide proof that it has refunded the difference amount and that I have received it.Regarding Order [redacted], I am attaching the order confirmation email. I am also attaching the refund receipt for that order. Since everything in that order was returned by me, I should have been refunded the entire $48.22, but I was only refunded $45.49 as seen in the refund receipt. Refund receipt also shows that tax amount refunded is 0.0%, whereas order confirmation email clearly shows I was charged $2.73 as tax. So, like I said, I have not been refunded the tax amount by Kohls. Similarly, in Order [redacted], I have attached the order confirmation email and the refund receipts. Since multiple return receipts were there, there are 2 attachments (part 1 and part 2). From this order, I did not return all the items from the order. But as is clear from the order confirmation, I was charged tax, whereas when I returned, tax amount was not returned (its 0.0% as clearly shown on the refund receipt). So, I should have been refunded the tax amount of $4.40 on the merchandise that was returned by me, which was not done.Kohls is confusing percent off discount with tax amount. Percent off discount from the tax charged on the item. Even in there reply to you, they are saying I got less refund as I used a percent off / promotional discount coupon. They don't understand PERCENT OFF/PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT is different from TAX AMOUNT !!!I have tried to explain this so many times to kohls and given them all the proof. But they just dont refund.In fact, earlier in another Order no [redacted], I ordered 2 items and was charged for it when I placed the item. I paid using a gift card, which I discarded at that time itself as it reached $0.0 balance. Later I got an email that 1 of the 2 items was out of stock and therefore was cancelled from the order. But I never got a refund of $9.99 + tax for the item that was cancelled. So basically, I ended up paying for an item which I never received. When I contacted Kohls, they said they will send me another merchandise credit card, which again never came.Kohls just keeps saying they have refunded and that they will send merchandise credits, but that never happens. In fact, this tax problem has happened earlier also, but I did not preserve my receipts earlier as the customer service representative promised over phone that they will send refund through merchandise credit card. I have easily lost over $50 because Kohls just does not refund tax, charges for items and then cancels it !!! Even after so many emails and providing all the proof, there is no response and refund from kohls. I have already wasted so much time on this. Kohls should compensate for wasting so much of my time over such a simple issue and refund all the amount that they owe me. Also, they should repair their return system to avoid such mess ups in future.

I have tried this. I have been told after being on the phone for long periods of time that they have checked.
I have been told that the account I have is active and there are no problems.
I have been told that I do not have an account but can open one at any time.
It is become very obvious that this has been a colossal waste of time. I am deeply disappointed. I can remember a time that the Revdex.com stood for the customer not the company.
I can remember a time when a company that committed fraud would not be able to walk away from it.
I guess the Revdex.com is no longer the consumer advocate that it used to be.
Fortunately there are other avenues such as [redacted], the TV consumer advocates, etc. that I can pursue.
They have cheated me. You are allowing it.
We evidently need better laws and more regulations against the dishonest companies that promise but don't deliver. This should have been solved. They promised me rewards if I bought their merchandise. They have blocked me from opening the account and are refusing to fix the problems.
I have stated repeatedly that I have followed all of their directions. I have sent emails. I have made phone calls. The end result is no help. The dishonest company wins with the blessings of the Revdex.com. They should be required by law to provide what they have promised.

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 01/12/16. We advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear. We also advise the customer update their shipping address in their Kohls.com shopping profile before placing future orders.
