We have also processed a credit for shipping in the amount of $8.95 to the Visa ending in [redacted]. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for this to post to the customer's account.

The business has not provided any resolution here except saying they will continue to work with their refunds department. They have denied the refund and cannot return my property to me.

Regrettably the New York state surcharge and tax did not process with the return. We have credit the remaining $8.17 back to the customer's Discover ending in 8347. We apologize  for any inconvenience.

We have applied  the funds back on our customer's gift card. This

Kohl's stands by its Electronic Returns Policy. Our customer can contact Fit bit directly, since she states it is defective. The warranty for Fit bit starts the date of activation. The customer is able to pick up her merchandise at her local Kohl's store where she left them. In order to pick up, she...

must show an ID/DL  to pick up. We are unable to process a return or offer an exchange.

We regret to learn that the advertised item was not
available when the customer visited our store. On occasion, an item may
out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock...

learn that the customer was unable to redeem their Kohl's Cash before it
expired. Once the redemption dates have passed, Kohls.com and our store

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do want to make note that Kohls was only willing to resolve this issue after I informed them that I reported the issue to the Revdex.com.  I feel it is ridiculous that I needed to take this kind of action in order to receive the service I was promised.  I do want this complaint to remain public so other cunsumers are aware of it.

The 40% off promotional coupon was for a special sale. We are unable to mail a 40% off coupon. The customer was free to use the 40% off coupon she had received at the time on a new order. We respectfully decline the customer's request.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with their most recent Kohls.com order. We partnered with our vendor to complete a trace request. Our vendor has until November 22, 2016 to notify us of their findings.

We advise the customer to reply with the order number so that we can review the refund processed to the customer's debit card.
