This is the worst treatment I have ever had.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Revdex.com does allow Kohl's 30 days to initiate a first response. Due to volume, we were unable to respond sooner.
Our records show the customer has received her applicable credit. Additionally, the customer was advised the merchandise was no longer available via Kohls.com. We are glad to hear the customer was able to locate her desired merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In order to research our customer's inquiry, we need our customer to provide the Kohl's Cash number used. Once we research further, we will follow up with our customer.
I am not satisfied with Kohl's response about order processing. I would expect they should at least offer a substitute item that is similar in cost/style to replace the item they cancelled. Again the order was cancelled after verbal confirmation with one of their sales associates. The order was not cancelled at the end of order processing with the sales associate as would be expected as Kohl's states this is when you sometimes find out an item is not available or their was a problem with your order. Order was place and verbal confirmation given over the phone. The order was cancelled sometime after (time frame unknown) and again for no apparent reason. thank you.

A fifty dollar gift card in no way covers the frustration that I have experienced trying to find these items (especially after waiting a month in good faith that we would be helped) or the cost of the items we are missing. This is the Kohl's registry system. Someone at the company should be able to figure this out. I want help here, not a gift card handout with no effort put towards solving my problem.

We have requested the customer be issued a $10.00 credit to the Discover Card ending 2689. Going forward, our customer needs send in a rebate form since this request has beem honored in the past numerous times. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for this credit to reflect on their credit card.

Upon review of the order [redacted], we have processed a refund for three of the items that were not delivered in the amount of $81.48. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, yours could be sooner...
