[redacted]  Never got it never used it.  If that's true why was I told EVERY time I called after that that the kohl's credit would be mailed to me...in YOUR first response to this complaint YOU stated ti would be mailed to me in 7-10 days.  We both know you just don't want to make good on this.  My mistake was not using a major credit card or I would have had the charge reversed.  I will say this again...I never received a refund for this.  Your customer service is horrible...this is why your sales are down...and this is why I will tell everyone I know and come in contact with to shop elsewhere.

We have no record of any system errors that would have prevented the
customer from redeeming the promised promotion.  As previously stated
we have accommodated the request for the $10 promised credit. We apologize for
any disappointment.

When I made my original purchase, I was supposed to have $75 Kohl's cash in my account that I could use either online or in the store.  That was not the case as the balance was zero.I was told a could not use it in the store.  I was told I could not order online - I had to call in.  It took 58 minutes on the phone to place my first order.  When I called to use the remaining Kohl's cash, it took 25 minutes because the item that supposedly was in stock was really not.  I called later and spent another 15 minutes to finally order something else.I would not have made the original purchase if I had known I would have to waste almost 2 hours calling to place orders.  Therefore, the promise made to me by Kohls when I made my original purchase was not fulfilled.

This was Kohls error, and a huge hassle. Also, I was charged almost a month ago for the vacuum you never shipped me. Who going to pay the incurred interest?  You say that you value your customers. How come you have not picked up the phone and called me? Can you not dial out like the rest of the Kohls corporation? I don't think Im being unreasonable to want my money back for a item you never sent me. I expect a full refund, and a refund of any incurred interest charges.If somebody at Kohls really cared, they would have picked the phone up and called me. So you can save the "bs" about how you value your customers, and just give me my full refund.

Kohl's agreements and/or obligations to its vendors is of no concern to myself. Kohl's cannot mail a coupon that does not list specific exclusions and make false claims for a non-popular, non-glamorized brand such as "The Balm" to be of prestige. Kohl's also cannot refer a customer to the Internet for a complete list of exclusions; Kohl's cannot require that I have/use/purchase an Internet service to view a list of brands that they contract against discounts with, nor can Kohl's blanket claim that off-brands are of any sort of prestige. The fact that a brand does not wish to accept discounts does not make it of any prestige, and Kohl's cannot falsely claim so nor can Kohl's blanket the coupon as excluding "prestige brands" of cosmetics and include brands of non-prestigious nature in that statement - this is considered false advertising, and is illegal. Kohl's did not comment on Nicole at the Wilkes-Barre, PA store (#0033) - I would like her removed from her managerial position as she is not fit to lead a team nor work with customers directly. Kohl's also did not contact me to discuss this further as requested - my email address is [email protected] and I would like someone from Kohl's Executive Office to reach out to me.

[redacted] The ticket I was given did promise I would get the tv that is why they gave them out it had nothing to do with the price of the item..The store even admitted they had made a mistake and given out the wrong tvs by accident to other people.

Hopefully, this helps any future customers that receive a check that cannot be cashed. Kohls needs to do MUCH better at customer service!
