We have processed a return for Kohls.com order # [redacted] on 02/03/16. Part of the return was processed back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted], and part of the order was processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise Credit. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this via...

USPS. Additionally, we would be more than happy to honor the original price paid on a new order. The customer may place a new order, and reply to this complaint with the new Kohls.com order number and we will credit them accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I want to speak with the actual Kohls Corporate Customer Service Manager about this extremely poor customer service.

It is unclear why the
customer would have not received the anticipated reward to their inbox. Our
records show the e-mail was sent with no indication of it being undeliverable.
We advise the customer to check their junk or spam folder to verify they
received the e-mail to [redacted].

Our records show a $50.00 credit was processed back to Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 11/14/15. The credit posted to the customer's account on 11/16/15. We advise our customer to log into their My Kohl's Charge account online, or wait for their next statement to verify the credit.

A claim has been filed with our Claims Administer. A member of our Risk Management Team will be incontact with the customer for further review.

We advise the customer to have his wife contact us regarding her account as we are unable to release account information due to his name not being listed on the account. In addition, a member of this department has tried to contact him at the number listed as we received this complaint...

Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #2902112611 was processed on 12/20/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any disappointment.

Our
records indicate we received the customer’s complaint through our CFPB portal.
The customer’s concerns were addressed via letter on August 5, 2015.  As previously stated we advise the customer to
allow 10-14 business days to receive the gift card.

By accepting the refund and getting it sized, the customer is accepting a reasonable resolution offered by our store. The customer is aware when filing a Revdex.com, the business has up to 30 days to resolve their concern. In the interim, our customer did accept the exchange for a new ring. He then agreed to have the replacement ring resized, in which the store accommodated his request.

Our records indicate a Kohl's Merchandise Credit has been issued on 12/03/14. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive this. We apologize for any inconvenience.
