[I attched two files to show 1. Original Receipt from the return, AND 2. The Screen Shot from my phone taken at 10.02PM of 7/14/2016 to show that on 7/13/2016, I did not have any incoming call on my phone.The merchant may claim that they contacted the phone number associated with the information from the transaction on their system but I stated clearly that I am no longer using the old contact information and suggested that Kohl's may contact me by the phone number/email provided via Revdex.com platform; therefore I cannot accept this business's latest response.]

We apologize our customer did not receive their order. We are unable to reship this to our customer; however, she is more than welcome to reorder these items on Kohls.com using the credits issued to her.

In order for Kohl’s to locate the original order
that was sent incorrectly we need more order information. We cannot locate an
order that was sent to our customer for SKU 93552462.

Upon review of Kohls.com order # [redacted] we have processed a return for the
erroneously duplicated order. We advise our customer that returns may
take 14-30 business days to post to most major credit card accounts. We

On customer's previous claim, we asked our customer to
confirm the mailing address since the original rebate was mailed back. The
customer provided two different addresses per rebate form and complaint. Please
have him confirm mailing address so we can process for the customer.

We apologize for the inconvenience for the inconvenience our customer experienced with Kohls.com. It appears a credit was applied on December 11, 2016 in the amount of $322.49 which was applied to the Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted]
The customer is welcome to contact our kohls.com Customer Service Department to replace her order as well as place the order online herself and provide the order number to make any necessary price adjustments.
We are unable to refund the customer for the pricing error as the item she was looking to purchase was not for the discounted price. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In order to receive the $25.00 promotional coupon for opening a wedding registry, a minimum of 15 unique items should be added to the registry which does not include gift cards and multiple of the same item.
