Upon review of the enclosed attachments, it appears those are not mobile alerts, but push notifications. To unsubscribe from push notifications the customer needs to go to Settings, then Notifications. Find the Kohl's App. Unselect the "Allow Notifications" button at the top. This should resolve the customer's concern.

Signage and pricing accuracy is very important to us and we make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled and placed with its corresponding sign. We have processed a credit for $10.00 back to the customer's Kohl's Charge account as a one-time courtesy. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear.
We have partnered with our Corporate Refunds department and have verified
that our customer is aware he is able to pick up 2 out of his 3 items returned.
The third will be processed when he picks up the other 2. The customer was
explained this when he contacted them directly on May 25, 2017.

However, Kohl's response only occurred after numerous emails, a complaint submission to Revdex.com, and a complaint post on Kohl's Facebook page. In the intervening time my case was not treated seriously and I was told numerous times by Kohl's representatives that a refund had already been made, when in fact it had not. Because of this, I will no longer be shopping at Kohl's, either online or in the physical store. It is my hope that Kohl's will take notice that they have lost a customer.

[redacted] I am very displeased with Kohl's they don't have the 12 a.m. hours for there credit company. I forgot to make a payment one day the next morning I go to make the payment there charging me a ton of money for a late fee. They charge way to much for interest, and they don't stand behind the things they promise there customers.

the customer’s concerns regarding their Yes2You rewards. Kohl’s offers merchandise to
consumers through this site...
and its retail stores. Kohl's is a retailer,
not a wholesaler, and Kohl's does not sell to individuals or dealers for the
purpose of resale to
others. Kohl's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the
quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These
restrictions may be applied, at Kohl's discretion, to orders placed
by the same Kohls.com account, the same credit card and/or orders that
use the same billing or shipping address. The customer has been
informed his online shopping account has been deactivated. The customer is
still welcome to shop in store. We will not be accommodating any request for any
credit.

We have partnered with our marketing department and have requested for our customer's information to be removed from our mailing list. Please advise our customer to allow 2-3 weeks for the mailers to stop at her address. The email alerts take about a week to take effect.
