Our records show the credit has already posted to the customer's account. We advise the customer to log into their My Kohl's Charge account, or review their next billing statement to confirm the credit.

for years 2012 and 2013. I have yet to receive credit for years 2008 through
2011. I was informed by a representative that I would receive all credits for
the life of my account. They have purposely given me a partial credit and have
begun to brush this under the rug. I would like to receive full statements for
the life of my credit account to properly cross check the credit I’ve been
given against what I’ve been charged.

Upon review of our customer's concern, we can confirm a full refund was processed for our customer for her Kohls.com Order. We show a refund was processed in the amount of $78.06 to the Visa ending in 4186. At this time, we do consider this matter closed.

Upon review of the Kohl's charge account, the payment made for $51.68 was paid for with check #4001 for an in-store purchase made. The balance at the time she stated the payment was made was $41.57 therefore the payment of $51.68 would have been more than the balance. This proves the payment of...

$51.68 was for the exact amount of the purchase made. The customer has been advised of this information previously. The next payment on the account is due by 11/07 to avoid any further late charges being assessed to the account. We are unable to remove any fees/credit reporting as the information is accurate.

Until I receive compensation for the lost value of $130.00 I will not find the issue resolved.  I will not do business with Kohl's until this is resolved.  Their opinion on how "clearly" the expiration was visible is laughable at best and does not address the fact that none of this was explained to me during the sales transaction.   The locations are extremely small and are very confusing as their was the Kohl bucks value on the same coupon for an entirely different offer.

We have reviewed our customer's inquiry and have confirmed the reason a Kohl's Merchandise Credit was applied is because the customer paid with majority of her Kohls.com order 4054596431 with gift cards. Our customer charged $3.78 to her Discover card.  The return was handled accordingly....

At this time, we consider this matter closed.

We have applied a credit for Order 7767224496. Our customer was issued a
credit to her Kohl's Charge in the amoun tof $50.80. Please advise our customer
to allow 3-5 business days for it to appear.

We have processed a refund for our customer in regards to Order 5736019927.We have applied $7.31 to our customer's Kohl's Charge and have emailed our customer $36.64 in Kohl's Cash. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days to receive the refund on their credit card statement.
