Basically they denied to ever receive the other 3 rebates when its in the Same letter with the one they claim they received. I think it's negligence on their Mail department that cause the lost and missing of some rebates' originals.they say it's lack of proof even when I keep showing them and email them the copies I keep. attached are the copies

We will be happy to research the customer's inquiry, but we would need other information provided if possible. We would need to know which coupons they were, as well as a coupon code or a copy of the coupon.
It appears the attached packing slip has been modified from its original form. Please see attached file.
We regret the
customer's Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) is coming up as invalid. At this
time we advise the customer to provide of copy of the accompanying receipt of
when the KMC was issued for further research. We apologize for any
inconvenience.

As previously stated, our records show a
return for all provided SKUs from Kohls.com order #[redacted] were processed on
01/21/16. Returns for all the listed SKUs from Kohls.com order #[redacted] were
processed on 12/27/15, and 01/20/16. We advise the customer to view itemized
return information on My Kohl’s Charge online or view statements to verify the
credits. We apologize for any additional disappointment.
Upon review of our customer's concern, it shows we did process a credit in the amount of $65.78 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 1774 on January 255, 2017.

We have received a separate email response from Kohl's today (2-5-2014) acknowledging that a credit to my charge account has been processed but does not show up on my account page. I understand that it could take up to 7 days to show that and will reopen my original complaint if it does not show up on my account within 2 weeks. I wish to thank the Revdex.com in helping us pursue my complaint, directing it thru the proper channels and getting a positive result. I appreciate it very very much.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the customer would need to provide proof of purchase information, as well as rebate information so we may research further on our end. The rebate would be available on our website, regrettably, Kohl's does not hand a rebate form to the customer at the time of purchase.

Payments can be made in-store however we do not accept debit or credit card payments at this time in-store. The customer is welcome to pay using a debit card with our representatives. In addition, if the customer is not listed on the account as a joint user, we are unable to close the account or...
make changes without his wife's permission. We advise the customer to have his wife contact our Customer Service Department to request the account to be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience experienced in-store.
The account number she attached is not a Kohl's Charge account number. In order to research the complaint further we will need the Kohl's Charge account number listed on the statements or actual credit card.
Due to the time of year Kohl’s as well as
shipping carriers may experience delays. It is never our intention to inconvenience
our customers in any fashion. Once again, we appreciate the feedback, and sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I did inform the customer of the item not received the Shark vacuum, this is getting a little ridiculous, I would like to know what it takes to resolve this issue and get my refund. I am really upset the customer has had my funds since 11/21/16 and made no effort to refund my moneys and no product received. I believe I will go public with this argument and frustration. I also have a confirmation number from a customer service person that has not yet been received. confirmation number 161212-064394. Kohl's has lost a customer in which I am sure this matter is of no concern.

experienced. A refund for the amount of $30.43 has been applied to the
customer's account today for the three items our customer did not
receive. A fourth item, SKU [redacted] - The Pink Cookie Cosmetic Set was...
canceled. The
customer was not charged for this item because it was canceled before the order
was shipped. We respectfully decline the customers request for a $100
credit to their account.
