We did apply a credit to the Visa ending in 8934 in the amount of $35.83 on December 2,, 2016. The following number can be provided to our customer's credit card company. Kohl's has received confirmation that the refund was accepted. Reference#[redacted].

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etc. We regret to hear the customer's desired merchandise...

I have never heard from the customer service represtentative I was supposed to hear from within 24-48 hours so I'm not sure why I was refunded as I never asked for a refund - I wanted the item I ordered to be delivered.

Kohl's sent me an apology and my $20.00 cash rebate. They said to keep the gift card and coupons for all the hassles. I hope you will include this in the public record for case [redacted]. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] we are not asking anything that is not genuine!!! fake diamond rings are provided by kohl's and they returned in kohl's cash which will expire in 30 days ? Do you think this is acceptable policy when we are not on fault and kohls are on wrong side due to cheating in diamond ring  with us . Even we respect their policy and we asked gift card instead kohl's cash so our money will not expire. I just want to know was that a wrong demand and by doing this kohl's is not only losing one customer but many!!!  May Be kohls corporation is doing this cheating purposefully as no one care for every single diamond check and they will make profit on that if somebody checked like me they will refund money and deduct kohls cash which will expire as they know once customer got cheated will not purchase again in kohls .

We have
reviewed the customer’s incident and feel her concerns are best addressed at
the Store level. The District and Regional Managers have been made aware of her
concerns, and will contact the customer for follow up and resolution.

cus[redacted]er experienced with her most recent Kohls.com order. It appears the
cus[redacted]er has reached out to us through a different channel. We have scheduled a
pick up via UPS for the items and have resolved our cus[redacted]er's concern.

There is no way to determine that I was NOT going to receive them when I placed my order.  This is where you are deceptive.  I only purchased from your site because of the kohls cash rewards. There is NOTHING when I was purchasing that states that I would NOT get them.  It should say.. your item is not eligible for the Kohls Cash Rewards Program.  It didn't!

This is a follow up to my Revdex.com complaint [redacted]. Kohls responded, however they did not follow through and credit my account. Now I have called Kohls 3 times and this is my second complaint. As a note to kohls - I received the package that they claimed the shoes and pants were shipped in. This small package could not have fit a pair of shoes in it. The shoes were not included. This is absolutely ridiculous. Kohls has lost a customer.

My first order on 6/26 - I was charged $51.00 on my American Express for a dress that was returned on 7/6/16 and received only $41.00 credit to my AMEX. I was shorted $10.00 on this return.My second order on 7/1 - I was charged $75.99 on my American Express for (1) pant and (1) dress that was returned on 7/13/16 and received $75.99 credit to my AMEX. On this second order, I used a discount of $10.00 in Kohl's cash to reduce the overall charge from a total of $85.99 to $75.99.Upon returning the second order, Kohl's 'tried' to give me $10.00 on a merchandise card that must be used to purchase merchandise in their stores, instead of crediting the $10.00 owed back to my American Express where it originally debited on the first order. I declined to accept the merchandise credit card that the store wanted to give me and left it with the individual at Customer Service of the Hillsboro, Oregon store. Kohl's still owes me $10.00 in credit returned to my American Express.This is, in my opinion, a crime as they are taking a customer's money owed and switching it to a merchandise credit that must be spent in their stores. Between two orders, I paid Kohl's $126.99 from my American Express, and to date they have only returned in credit to my American Express $116.99. All items purchased on these two orders have been returned to Kohl's. I did not accept the merchandise credit they attempted to force upon me instead of the $10.00 owed to the American Express on the first order returned. This is an unethical practice to take a customer's money, and with all items returned, attempt to keep a portion of the money owed back to the original form of payment by offering a merchandise credit.Summary of transaction payments and credits:Purchase #1 Paid Kohl's from American Express $51.00 Return #1 Kohl's credited American Express $41.00 ($10 shorted)Purchase #2 Paid Kohl's from American Express $75.99 Return #2 Kohl's credited American Express $75.99 (offered a $10 merchandise credit instead of   crediting the $10.00 shorted on order #1)Again, to be clear, I did not accept the merchandise credit offered at the store and left it with the woman behind the customer service desk at Kohl's Hillsboro, Oregon store on July 6, 2016.I am still owed $10.00 in credit to my American Express from return #1 where I was shorted (I paid $51, Kohl's credited only $41.00).This is the only acceptable resolution I will accept. Kohl's should not be allowed to steal money from their customer (or, in this case, former customer).
