We have researched our customer's concern and it appears we have processed a refund in the amount of $26.89 which was applied to the Visa ending in [redacted]. This was applied on November 02, 2016. We have confirmation that the tender used has accepted our refund. The customer would need to contact their bank to inquire about their return.

We regret to hear the customer has not received her entire purchase from Kohls.com order #4167686963.  At this time the vendor may deliver the customer's merchandise by 12/29/15. If the customer does not receive her anticipated merchandise by this date, we will immediately process a refund. We...

We apologize for the inconvenience. We request to please allow 7-10 business days for the Kohl's Cash to be received since it is being mailed via USPS.

Upon review of Kohls.com order number
[redacted] our records indicate the customer's return of $14.47 was processed
on 06/12/15. Also our records show a return of $20.20 for Kohls.com order
number [redacted] was processed on 06/17/15. We advise the customer to
review their June and July...

statements to verify the credit.

We have spoken to our customer directly via telephone to resolve her concern. At this time, we consider her matter resolved.

Rather than them address the issue with their website, which has happened to me more than once, they offered me no assistance to resolve this issue and sent me on a wild goose chase with Fedex and USPS. I still do not have my items and no recourse. Kohl's instructed me to contact Fedex and USPS and both entities have advised that only Kohl's could resolve the issue. Wouldn't Kohl's want to address this for future customers or do they just not value their customers at all? Their process for package resolution is flawed and should be addressed and my items have been shipped to an address that is not mine and I have no way to get my items back.

Kohls has been informing me that my request has been processed since October of 2015, yet I have not received confirmation that I am unsubscribed.  I continue to receive conflicting information from everyone I speak to.  This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Our records show records all applicable return credits were processed on 12/08/15, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records indicate the payment was made on November 6th which is after the payment due date of November 5th. In addition, the $25.00 late fee has been waived as courtesy. If a payment is not made by the due date, per our Cardmemeber Agreement, a late fee will be assessed.

We regret to learn of the customer’s recent disappointment with our rebate offers. The requirement of each rebate is set up and specific to each vendor of our merchandise.
