We believe the customer meant to state he received an email on December 30, 2015, which is when our associate resent the coupon. This was an associate error since the redemption dates (redeemable in store and online November 30 through December 6, 2015) for the coupon passed. Our advertisements all state when a Kohl's Cash coupon can be earned and when the coupon can be redeemed. If the customer had contacted us within the redemption period (November 30 through December 6, 2015) of the coupon to advise he did not receive the coupon we would have resent the coupon at that time and the coupon could have been redeemed within the redemption period. A Kohl's Cash coupon cannot be used outside of the redemption dates listed for the Kohl's Cash coupon.
Upon review, the correct amount was refunded to the customer with the return.
Upon review of the customer's Kohl's Charge account, the next payment is due on 01/18/15. Currently, the customer has missed three payments and per the Cardmember Agreement, we will attempt to contact the customer regarding their account. We are unable to stop the calls unless a payment is...
received by the due date.

Revdex.com: I am closing this complaint Only because we physically returned the unordered merchandise to a local store ourselves. We had to borrow a truck to load the 6 LARGE boxes and it took 2 people to get them in the store. We did recieve a refund from the manager of the store. But Kohls online never took responsibility for their mistake. They never sent UPS to pick up the UNORDERED items and lied to us each and every time we contacted customer service. On December 29, 2014 we had had enough and then used a borrowed truck to haul the items to a local kohs store. So FIVE weeks later we finally have the money they took out of our checking account back, no thanks to them.

We advise her to attach a copy of her bank statment showing the funds being withdrawn from bank account in July. Once we receive this we will be able to research the missing payment further.
In order to confirm the amount was not placed back to the gift card as stated, we advise her to reply with the order number to research this.
