They could have have still offered to give my $10 back in the form of a gift card.  I spent almost $300 in 2 weeks st kohls and this is how they treat a customer  I won't ship here again  who wants to return all these items and re ring them up  this is poor customer service and disappointing to a customer   Business Bureau:

Our records show the customer was contacted an Advisor in the Executive office. The customer was advised to keep the merchandise and a return credit was processed. Additionally, the customer declined the offer to process a new order.

The customer has provided various accounts of why she does not have transaction details. The customer even advised the Executive Office she did not have the receipt information because the transactions were on her daughter's credit card. At this time the customer is advised to provide receipt information or we consider this matter closed.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is unacceptable!  I initially contacted a supervisor at Kohl's.com.  They were no help - that is why I have attempted to resolve this through the Revdex.com.  I find it hard to believe that Kohl's is not willing to call me to discuss this important matter.   I could understand the options given to me if these items were not so large and heavy.  If I could lift them into my vehicle - they are too large to fit inside my vehicle.  Therefore, the options given to me will not work, because of these factors and apparently this is something that no one at Kohl's is taking into consideration.   At this point, if Kohl's is not willing to make this right by refunding me 100% of my purchase price, plus the interest that has been charged to my card, without returning the severely damaged items within the next 5 business days, I guess my next step is to contact a lawyer and see how they can help me.

We have partnered with sales audit once again and have confirmed we did process a $75.00 credit for our customer. They would need to contact their financial institution. At this point, we consider this matter closed.

We have reviewed our customer's concern regarding her online orders. The return was handled accordingly. The customer used a $10.00 Kohl's Cash when order 5515157974  was placed, which was given to our customer in the form of a KMC. On her second order, we did apply her refund of $41.00 which...

if you add the $85.99(that is including the $10.00 Kohl's Cash) and the $41.00, combined it equals $126.99.

Please know the customer was accommodated $30 on April 14, 2017 for the difference in price. This will be reflected in an average of seven days back to the VISA ending in 9760.
