I do not feel it is good business practice to accept an order with a discount, only to cancel and say they cannot honor.  I repeat that I would not have placed this order with KOHLS if I knew the order would not receive the discount as accepted at the time the order was placed.  I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic.  I feel they should honor the 15% discount on the order as placed at the time of online transaction.  I had no reason to feel the order would not receive the discount.

I had a similar rebate through Macy's with no issues since the form was posted on the website. I can't submit the form if it is not available.

The customer service department does not follow up nor do they try to solve the problems that THEY are having. The item was delivered but they do not address the dishonesty, the facts of the issues presented, why the original order was canceled without any reason or notice, why I was promised a return phone call and NEVER received one, why I was told that I would be called by a service person to follow up on the problem and was NEVER called, why l was told that the package was in the UPS system when it was obvious that the order was not even shipped yet and until the evening of the day it was promised delivered, why I have received my promised $45 from the original order that was cancelled yet promised, and why Kohl's does not appear to have a system set up to know where orders are or to be able to leave or attach the conversation notes from one customer service person and so that another can see what has been done, why I was told that the fastest the delayed order could be delivered was 2 days yet when then order was actually finally shipped it was overnight air? there is more but the actually delivery is only part of the problem.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The clerk and even the store manager were confused as to why the register showed a refund that was less than I paid. I paid $40.00 for the skirt and expect to get the full $40 back. They handed me a $10 coupon to use at a future date. I did not use the cash coupon on this purchase - therefore the application was sneaking and unknown on the part of the purchaser (me).  Kohl's promotes "no hassle" returns, though they are arguing return of approximately $5 to satisfy a customer. Without a refund, I plan to never shop there again because I don't know that I can expect a full refund on an item if I return it. If they are willing to lose a customer, that's up to them. They already have stored closing and a history of shopper complaints - maybe their policies are the reasons why.

apparently it doesn't seem like they will accept the fact that they were wrong.....

This is a stupid response to see from Kohls, every rep said a different story and now I see they say the refund was already processed but I never saw my refund in my credit card account. This is a very bad business practice where Kohls CSR says a different story and once you log a complaint with Revdex.com.org then they say the refund is already processed. If the refund is already processed why am I not seeing the money in my bank, now they may say it will take 7-10 "business days". I would never accept a response like this fro Kohls.
