Our records
indicate we received the customer’s complaint through our social media channel
and have addressed his concerns. The customer has been advised his return
options, and offered reimbursement to make the pants wearable. We apologize for
the inconvenience.

Before I stated a formal complain via Revdex.com, I tried to contact Kohl's multiple ways to have this resolve. Unfortunately, my initiative were met with several dead ends. I want an actual Kohl's person to contact me, at the level that will not just listen but take my concern an look into the issue. That issue is a store reselling used goods multiple times. Is this an acceptable way to do business in Kohl's mind? If so, I have no problem getting the local media/national media involved to address the issue of reselling used products as new.  Also, the offer of a $25 gift card is not a acceptable means to my complaint. The one time coupon alone  I  used was more than $25 offered via gift card. Since my initial complaint the model purchased has been removed from the site, thus making me purchase a higher priced model. I was not reinstated the coupon to use on my next purchase.

We are unable to locate an order or details regarding his concern. We advise the customer reply with the order number or e-mail address listed on the order so that we can research this concern further.

They are they ones demanding a partial return pf my property and then a secondary refund of items they somehow now, cannot return to me. It seems very hypocritical that they are unable to either refund both items I returned, or give me both back. They only deny and approve what is convinient for them.

[redacted]My gift card was worth a total of fifty dollars. The order number above was made with a purchase of 26.44. This means that Khols still owes me 23.56. because not only was my gift card worth $50, but I didn't know that they had cancelled my order before I made my second order. I was never given back my money from the first order that they cancelled because of the item being no longer in stock. I am still waiting for this money to be returned to me.  I am dissapointed as a customer and the information they have provided you with.

processed a credit back to a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit for the missing Kohls.com

I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO KOHLS ASSOCIATE AT THE PROVIDED NUMBER BUT SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT HELP ME AND TRANSFERRED ME TO THEIR ONLINE SHOPPING NUMBER, FOLLOWED WITH ENDLESS VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY AND ANOTHER TRANSFER. I still have not received the second  check that they were suppose  to send out again on Jan 29th. I will not accept this untill I receive the check and verification that the second check was sent. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I have owned our business for 35 years and this is not how a customer should ever be treated!!!!!!!!

I'm not satisfied with the solution the business offered me. They're trying to get me to contact the bank that issued the gift card which is not my responsibility. Kohl's messed this whole thing up and I just want my refund back. I don't want to keep jumping through hoops. It's not my responsibility.
