When she enters her information she is accepting the terms and conditions of the program. Once she visits the store to use her new Rewards account, please provide the POS with the telephone number and she will receive the 100 bonus sign on points. We advise the customer to continue to login to the shopping account prior to placing orders online so the points are added correctly.
Once I sent a letter to the Nebraska Attorney General who opened mediation with KOHL'S they decided to act ethically and give me a refund. However, KOHL'S refuses to clean up their act for...
other customers. I have brought it to the attention of KOHL'S that they continue to advertise a false return policy verbally and in writing. KOHL'S does nothing to make any changes. I purchased an item at KOHL'S on 11/16/16 and on the back of the receipt is their advertised return policy (RETURN ANY ITEM ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON). This is really not their return policy but management refused to make any changes. I feel this is very wrong! KOHL'S gave me a refund to get the Nebraska Attorney General to go away. I feel sorry for everyone else out there that doesn't have the time to write the Revdex.com or the Attorney General.

Our customer was initially provided a return amount of $6.10 and also
emailed Kohl's Cash in the amount of $13.17. We are also going to mailing out a
$55.00 gift card to make up for the difference. Please advise our customer to

I would have to pay an additional shipping charge, and place a new order at full price with the expectation that I would receive a price adjustment. I don't have faith that Kohl's will process the price adjustment, and shipping is an additional $9. Kohl's cancelled a portion of my original order saying the item was out of stock, when it was listed as being in stock on their website at the time of the order. They did not give me time to use my Kohl's cash on another order because by the time they notified me of the cancellation, the Kohl's cash amount had expired. This is entirely Kohl's fault, but most of their emails to me insinuate that I let the Kohl's cash expire, or I made a mistake in ordering. They should be able to apply the price adjustment to a previous order (resulting in a refund) instead of making me order something new with an additional shipping charge.

a Order on April 10th and did not receive a order number. He now states it was Order 5102555971 for $247.39 which was placed April 11, 2016, but it does appear a Order 5104403941 was replaced for the exact same amount of $247.39. We need clarification as to what the $90.50 discount in question is and proof of the coupon.
Upon review of Order 4535689186 , it appears the customer selected the address. Our system requires our customers to first select, and then confirm the desired shipping address before placing an order. Also, a confirmation email is generated immediately after the order is submitted displaying all of...
the order information. We allow a 30 minute timeframe for modifications to be made to a order or to cancel the order. The customer has used this address in the past for a order placed on December 27, 2015. The customer can contact the recipient them to send back the items or refuse the order since she is aware of who resides at the address. Unfortunately, this was not a Kohl's error, she would still be responsible for the package.

The vendor did call, however as of 3/11 I have yet to receive the parts. I have not received a call from a manager at Kohl's as of 3/11. I was not asked to let them know if I recievded a call from the vendor. Since they do not know how to use a phone, they must have sent an email about it. I do not have it. Please have them provide it to prove thier claim. I would like to know when a manager from Kohl's will be contacting me. I am doing business with them and not their vendor. They have some talking to do with me about the nature of this issue and their poor customer service.

We regret to hear the customer did not receive her anticipated Kohl's Cash from Kohls.com order #[redacted]. Our records show we sent the earned promotion to [email protected], on two separate occasions. The e-mail was not returned, and we have no indication that the message was undeliverable....
Regrettably we are not able to print new physical Kohl's Cash for the customer. However, we would be more than happy to either honor the Kohl's Cash on a future Kohls.com order, or credit the amount directly to the customer's Kohl's Charge account. We advise the customer to reply with her preference. We apologize for any inconvenience.
