We have partnered with our Corporate Refund Department to have the Kohl's Merchandise Credit cancelled. A check will be mailed to the customer for the return amount. We advise the customer they will receive the check in 5-7 business days.
We are more than happy to partner with our rebate department in regards to our customer's concern. Once we receive a response, we will be happy to reach out to our customer and advise them on how we will proceed
We thank our customers for contacting Kohl's Department Stores about their recent Kohls.com order. We regret to learn that their items were not available when their order went into fulfillment. We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers....
However, on occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. In the case of our recent Black Friday ad and promotions, we included a disclaimer stating that the our specials were available while supplies last. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. If the customer wishes to reorder, she may call our customer service number and reference the original order number and they will honor it. She can call 1-855-564-5705.

As stated on the back of the receipt 'Did you pay with a check or debit card? You'll get cash, a Merchandise Credit, or a corporate refund. The refund was processed in accordance with our return policy. We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced.
Our records indicate the customer was advised the price will be honored on recently placed order. Upon review the order [redacted] is currently in fulfillment, once the order reaches a completed status the necessary adjustments will be made.
Our records show a refund for $18.58 was processed on 01/21/16. We advise our customer to log in to their My Kohl's Charge account, or review their next statement to confirm the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As you can see in the attached photos, the shipping box is so severely damaged that it can not be used to ship anything in. The photos also reflect the damage to the items. Once again, the items are too heavy to return at a Kohl's store. Unless someone from Kohl's can come to my house and pic these items up and give me either a credit on my account immediately or hand me a refund check, I expect Kohl's to refund $400 to my account immediately without returning the damaged items. Someone at Kohl's needs to take responsibility for this poor packing and shipping as well as poor customer service response time in resolving this issue. Who is going to make this right!?

We have reviewed the customer's concerns related to Kohls.com order #[redacted]. Our records show that only three of the five items were credited when the return was originally processed on 11/19/15. VISA ending in 9258, and the remainder was placed on a Kohl's Merchandise Credit. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this via USPS. We apologize for the error.

Kohls is stating their policy on price matching. HOWEVER, the representative that I ordered from, did not state this policy and sold me the products at the price matched cost along with the 30% discount. He also obtained sup approval and notated the account that he SOLD the product to me this way. KOhls can't come back after they have sold me a product and state their policy on what it "should" have been had the rep done it correctly. I have repeatedly asked that the "monitored" call be listened to so Kohls can confirm this product was sold to me at $64.99 minus 30% off ($45.49). This is unethical and dishonest. If their representative and supervisor, sold this product incorrectly, they need to take that up with their employees and not the consumer. Rep that sold this product is [redacted] and the ref # he provided where he documented everything he agreed to was ref number [redacted] and [redacted]. The call needs to be pulled and listened to so Kohls management can hear the conversation.

I called back twice, including less than a half hour after their phone call to me and left a message both times. I have not heard back. I still have the packages because no one has been assigned to pick them up.

It seems they are only reading what they want and answering accordingly. 1. The original order from [redacted] was done THROUGH THE REGISTRY. When she found out through me (the registrar) that the gift was not received, it took a while to even figure out where the gift was. After finding out the gift was returned, (she did not find out until almost three months after it was ordered) she tried to reorder through the registry, but it would not let her because the registry showed that it was already bought, so she had to order it separately and shipped to her home address. 2. I was told, by customer service, to call all of the guests I invited to the wedding to inquire whether or not they got me a gift. This is TERRIBLE and FLAT OUT RUDE customer service, and has not been addressed. Because customer service was of no help, my family had to spend hours notifying people to stop buying gifts from the Kohl's registry, or if they ordered something they needed to call and find out where the gifts were. 3. To this day, I still have not received all of the gifts that people have bought for us. I know this because I have had more people approach me about gifts, to which I have responded that I have not yet received them. One gift was ordered in August, and neither the purchaser or myself have received any notification about the whereabouts of this gift. 4. My mother has also submitted a complaint, which has yet to be addressed.

The final shipment...
was the one that we couldn't find. It was found this afternoon in the neighbor's yard stuck in a pile of snow and ice. the package was ruined, but we are hoping the suit wasn't. while the item was found, it was obviously not placed on our property in a proper manner. It would not have been lost if it had been placed inside the screen door or on the side door where we get the rest of our mail. It was placed instead in the path of wind and snow and was lost as a result. Had we not gone outside and dug through the snow and ice, it would have remained there until spring. Regardless, Kohl's did nothing to remedy the problem. Again, I was told I would be waiting 2-3 weeks and I wasn't able to enjoy swimming with my family. Whether this was on Kohl's end or the shipper's end, it was not on mine and I don't appreciate the hassle this has been. We stand behind our previous statement and consider this matter closed. We apologize for any confusion.
I am afraid you didn't read my complaint....
There is no orders. There is a problem on Kohls.com website. When I was trying to place the order using the gift cards, the money in the gift card was taken but no orders generated. You can repeat this problem when you use gift cards that are 1 cent more than the total amount of the order. You can search my phone number for the cases created when I called kohls (the case number was treated as SSN and not allowed here). Revdex.com:
