I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #4248935765 on 12/29/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. Additionally, we advise the customer to update their Kohls.com shopping account log in information, as well as their shipping address. We apologize...
for any inconvenience.
We regret to learn the customer's credit card was used without his authorization. If the credit card used was a Kohl's Charge card, we ask the customer contact our internal Fraud Team at ###-###-####. If the credit card used was a third party credit card, the customer must contact his financial...
institution for assistance.
Our records do not indicate any additional charges assessed by Kohl's. We advise the customer to attach a copy of her bank statement to investigate the charges further.
We thank the customer for their feedback involving the associate in our Executive Offices. We will review our customer's concern and coach internally with management.
Some discounts may not apply to prestige brands of
cosmetics, skincare and select prestige brands of fragrance; select
electronics/electric brands; select sporting goods; and Nike merchandise.
Please see the Terms & Conditions that you received with your coupon for
specific details. I am...
sorry that you were unaware of this exclusion when you
made your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the customer’s
request to discount the Nike item. This not a decision made by Kohl’s, but directly
from the vendor. To resolve the matter we are offering to credit the difference
to the customer’s Kohl’s Charge account. We advise the customer to reply with
the new order number for the credit.
Our records show the customer's Kohl's Cash from Kohls.com order #[redacted] was resent on 02/08/16, to the e-mail address [redacted]. There is no indication that the message was undeliverable. We hope this information was helpful.
Thank you so much for being the intermediary for me with this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE merchant. There is nothing in my spam email because I check it daily to remove unwanted junk mail. I NEVER received the Kohls cash and it's been reported several times. I spoke to Flor on 08/29 and [redacted] on 10/01; both told me that they were going to send me the $20 Kohls cash. But, neither did not! To date I have been given the run-around. So let Kohls know that I will be bringing the comforter set back and getting a full credit for the $143. I will use my [redacted], etc accounts to get a new comforter set. They can expect me to return the set within the next two weeks after I find a new comforter set. They can KEEP their Kohls cash. Respectfully, [redacted]Revdex.com:

We have received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have addressed the concerns directly with the customer.
We received the customer's complaint via different channel and confirmed the 40% off adjustment has been credited.

Thank you for the offer, but this is the same unfair offer I received at the store, and a significant change of policy from what was previously advertised ... http://www.kohlscorporation.com/customer_service_KohlsConnect/ReturnsExchange/Re...⇄ a receipt you may be given*: • A cash or credit refund, based on the original method of payment.• An even exchange.• A Kohl's Merchandise Return Credit (KMRC), good at any Kohl's.• A corporate-issued refund. I entered into an agreement to purchase an article of clothing thought to be free of any defects. When a defect was found, and an identical replacement was not available, offering a refund of only 25% of the purchase price is totally unacceptable and prevents me from purchasing a similar article of clothing (same style pants, same price). I'd even be happy with a merchandise return credit for the full value of the pants. I simply want a comparable article of clothing (same price) that is free of defects, but the response from Kohl's is: You bought it, you're stuck with it. By offering a discounted refund for a discontinued defective item, rather than an even exchange or store credit for a similar item (same style, same price), Kohl's is cheating me and other customers from the full value of the defective merchandise that was purchased. This new policy is essentially equivalent to: ALL SALES FINAL. Kohl's "No Hassle" Return and Exchange policy is totally misleading, because it fails to warn the customer that discontinued, defective merchandise CANNOT be exchanged. I'm amazed by a store that absolutely refuses to stand by the quality of their merchandise. Regards,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received a refund of $274.43 on 12/14/15. Their apology is meaningless and I will never use Kohls again.

They are working with us. To date they have delivered a TV of greater value. To accomplish this they charged the new TV at the old price, but they still have not credited my account for the original order. Once that is completed, I will consider the matter closed.

I was unable to type in the response regarding the response to my complaint. I will provide the address for the gift recipient and want them to remove the additional $40 charge placed on my credit card this weekend from Kohls (now charged $80 for a $40 gift that was never received) and they will need to confirm that has been rectified as well.Gift recipients address is:

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However the respondent did not respond to the false advertising issue, only the expired coupon issue. I do not believe that this person is incompetent, or has a lack of reading comprehension, so it's only logical to conclude that they are intentionally avoiding this issue - false advertising.

I do not accept response until my account has been credited for the $454.64 plus the $16.47 finance charge. I was told it would be 7 days on November 5, 2014 and received an email stating it would be processed. I waited and nothing was applied to my account and instead was added additional finance charges. When I called on November 14, I was assured it would show up by the 8th business day. I then called again on November 17 and told I have to wait additional 7 days due to a mistake on their part. This is completely unacceptable. I continue to get the run around with Kohls. I want my account to reflect the credit immediately. I began this process on October 17, 2014 I have had enough of this companies horrendous customer service. Why is it so hard for them to do what they stated they would do .

We have mailed out a gift card for our customer in the amount of $510.00 to the address provided on the claim. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days.
As previously stated our products are placed
in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that

sales flyers. The customer is welcome to return the merchandise
if she is not satisfied with her purchase.
We regret to hear the customer lost their ring at one of our store locations. While Kohl's is not responsible for any personal lost or stolen merchandise, our store associates will make every effort to assist a customer during this time. If personal property is unable to be recovered, customers may...
