Kohl's is unable to place orders via the Revdex.com portal. Our customer can
call our customer service number at ###-###-#### and reference incident 170524-012463, in which we noted the price honoring for her item to reflect her previous order. For the inconvenience and
frustration our customer experienced, we are more than happy to send our
customer a $50.00 gift card. If the customer agrees,  please have them reply
with their mailing address.

The refund was processed on January 4, 2015. We ask the customer allow an average of seven days for the credit card refund to be visible on her end and seven to ten business days to receive the Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the mail.

We have addressed our customer's concern previously. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

We apologize for any inconvenience our customer has experienced. When placing a "Buy
Online, Pick up in Store" order, the payment has to be made online in
order to pick the item(s) up from the store. The order is then held at the
store for five calendar days. We do send a reminder...

cancel the order and return the merchandise to the store floor. Once the order
is cancelled, the account will be credited for the amount of the order. Our records indicate a refund was processed for order on December 31, 2015.

We apologize for the missing item. A full refund to the original method of tender has been completed and will be appear on the customer's end in an average of two weeks.

I think this was a completely lackluster response from Kohl's and didn't at all show that they really grasped how inconveniencing and time consuming this experience was for me.  To say that coaching will be done when three out of three employees (two of which were managers) failed to follow through on promises made, each resulting in more wasted time, frustration and inconvenience to me is not a sufficient response,  and to offer me 20% off my next order??  Anyone can find a 20% (or 30%) coupon if they Google it.  I'm completely shocked by this canned, ineffective response.  Thanks Kohls.  I'm glad to see how much you value your customers.

Is the customer able to provide the KMC number or a copy of the front and back of the Kohl's Merchandise Credit which was issued to our customer.

Kohl's was notified by the carrier that the customer's anticipated package was returned due to "No mail receptacle, unable to forward." We have processed a return for the Nutribullet on 02/09/16. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business day to receive this. We apologize for any...

[redacted]This refund, if it actually comes through in another 10 days, is short by $9.57  Kohl's charged me $62.54 and is refunding $52.97.  THe package was not delivered because of "an incomplete address" per the US post office so is no fault my mine it was undeliverable. Therefore I should be be responsible for their shipping charge. Thank you

When a return is processed any discounts used with the original purchase will be reduced from the total refund as it was reduced from the original price of the item to reflect a lower sale price. This also includes any Kohl's Cash that may have been earned or used with the original purchase. The...

refund amount will be for the actual amount paid for the item with the original transaction. We advise the customer to reply with her original receipt information starting with the date so we may review for any discounts or Kohl's Cash used.

Revdex.com:Two complaints were made directly to Kohls. Both instances I asked that my complaint be escalated. Both times I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours. I was never contacted. I still have received no correspondence regarding this matter other than through this complaint. Kohls is extremely poor with customer care. At no point was any sort of compensation offered. I had to fight to get refunded for items that were sent to the wrong person. Despite kohls recognizing that they sent my items to the wrong person, I was told I wouldn't receive a refund unless the woman returned them. So I would've remained charged for the items had this woman not contacted me and sent the items back. This is beyond poor customer service.

The customer would need to send in a rebate form, which has been attached in this response. It does state on rebate form to please allow up to 8 weeks to receive their reward in the mail. If it has been over 8 weeks, we would need a copy of the rebate information or a tracking number to research...
