We received the customer's complaint via a different channel. The customer was advised to reply with his decision as we are happy to process a return to your account or transfer the balance of this e-gift card to a physical card and mail it to the recipient.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with their
most recent Kohls.com order. We can confirm our customer was refunded for her
missing item. A credit in the amount of  $13.87 was applied to the Kohl's Charge
ending in 3969.

Kohl's apologizes for any frustration this may have caused the customer. All dates are printed on the coupon that is given to the customer. So as not to show disparate treatment Kohl's cannot honor the expired coupon.

It appears the store took the proper action to resolve the matter
by providing alternate merchandise. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
the customer’s request for the original product, as it is no longer available. We
apologize for the inconvenience.

But they did not respond to my request about unknown address in my account. They just put the responsibility on their customer. They should investigate this dangerous issue and give me an explanation. They also need apology for this issue.

None of the orders referenced were mine. The Kohl's charge they referred to is not mine. I received a partial refund to my Kohl's charge and the rest in Kohl's cash. I want the entire refund on my Kohl's charge as I should have been able to use the Kohl's cash spent on the rest of my order (it was large). Not only should I be refunded completely to my card, I should be compensated due to the time and effort I have had t put into getting my money back. My daughter now does not have the boots she wanted for Christmas.

The ad started 11/23, and had stated price that included rebate that started only on 11/25.

We can confirm the customer was originally sent her certificate to her husband's e-mail address at [redacted] as this si what was listed under the registry. If the customer has not received it to this e-mail address, we advise the customer to reply back to us so that we may research further.

Unfortunately as these purchases were Christmas Gifts; my husband and I decided to re-order most of the items from another retailer, except two of the items that we did re-purchase at Kohls online, at higher prices than the original order to ensure they are received in time.  However, the retailers response also does not address the issue of releasing my information to another customer as they released that customer's information to myself.

Our records indicate a customer initiated $100.00 payment was made on December 18, 2014, via telephone by following the phone prompts. The IVR is not able to submit a payment on its own - a verfication process is in place that needs to be completed by the customer.  On...

December 19, 2014, our customer made a $100.00 phone payment with an associate.  A customer initiated stop payment was applied to this payment. As a courtesy to the customer we have applied a $25.00 credit as reimbursement for the return check fee. Please note that customers may make multiple payments at any time on their account and this is not uncommon. Regarding the account closure, the associate confirmed twice if the customer wanted the account closed before proceeding to do so. We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced. When an account is closed  customers are required to reapply if they would like an account in the future.

I have a copy of the original refund receipt and can provide that. I will not post it here as I do not know what will be publicly posted. My name and address have been provided to Kohls upon returning the merchandise. This refund has been promised within 7-10 days since Dec. 26, 2016. I have called multiple times to their corporate refund call center as well as left my number for someone to return my call. To date this has not been an effective method of resolution as no one has called me back. I would like someone to contact me directly and provide the refund status.

This is a very lame excuse for their advertising scheme. I no longer wish to purchase the item selected but I shall refrain from doing business with Kohl's. Still, Kohl'd should be reprimanded for such practices.
