The MVC shipping codes are not sent quarterly. They were sent monthly. I have not received a free shipping code or an MVC email since the end of October. I received an email from the corporate office and was told the rep would be in all day and to call her. I called her. She was not in. I left a message and she never called me back. I am not surprised.Not sure why Kohl's does not want to take responsibility for this and own it. Many customers experience this problem with emails, including my niece. I have experienced this twice. I am losing all interest in Kohl's, and I think this complaint should be left on the Revdex.com site and the conversation ended since it is not going anywhere. Most companies care and go overboard for their loyal customers. Not Kohl's. I am sick of dealing with this. I think it has Revdex.com complaint has been going on for long enough where I say I am not satisfied.

Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, the transaction has been voided and there are no pending charges on the account. The next payment is due on August 16th. We have closed the account per the customer's request.

Please let our customer know that we stand behind our previous response. Our customer is welcome to return the rug in the store for full price with a receipt. As I understand she does not live close to a Kohl's store, this can be done  next time she is by a Kohl's, as there is no deadline to make returns for this item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Kohl's website clearly states that if the order is canceled by Kohl's, the Kohl's cash earned does not change.  I was depending on the Kohl's cash to be awarded so I missed out on other TV deals in between the time the order was placed and I received the cancellation notice, which was several days.  The day after the order was canceled I was told by a Kohl's phone representative that I would still be receiving the $300 Kohl's cash.  This resulted in an even further delay as I was waiting for the Kohl's cash redemption period to start to find another TV on Kohls.com.

We have partnered with our marketing department and have requested they stop all marketing mail from being sent to our customer's address.

The balance on the account in July was $592.92 at the time she made two payments in the amount of $100.00 and $245.92. Due to the full balance not being paid, the remaining amount became due on August 7th 2014. A payment may be made via telephone with a representative using a debit or credit card...

and she has the option of mailing a payment to us prior to the due date. We are unable to remove the balance from the account.

contacted Kohl's Customer Service after he placed this online order to inquire about the rebates.

I have attached a picture of the screen showing the advertised price, along with time and date stamp. The time and date stamp directly correlate with the time I called customer service to resolve the problem.
Again customer service was unable to help me. If Kohls has a policy of not honoring sale prices they need to state in on their website where the consumer does not need to search for it.
I am not satisfied with this issue and continue to believe that there is some compromise that Kohls can come to, to resolve the issue.

It required about 30 minutes of my time -- and I was simply attempting to correct THEIR mistake.I continue to be amazed by the sloppy business practices of this company and will never do business with them again.I appreciate the Revdex.com's efforts to resolve this issue.
