The refund was for the incorrect value. Kohl's did not honor the price of my original order and in turn have charged me over $30 more than I should have been charged. According to my records Kohl's still owes me $37.79. I would like this issue fully resolved. Thank you.

The details in the response from Kohls stating that I would be eligible for only $50 cash back is incorrect. Please find the snapshot of the Kohls rebate form terms which clearly states that "Limit 5 rebates per product per household". Since I have 4 different products I would have been eligible for $170 cash back. I also had a chat with the Kohls Rebate customer care to confirm my understanding before placing the order and they confirmed that my understanding was correct and I will be eligible for the stated cash back. The kohls rebate chat reference number which confirmed the rebate is 1465143. The proposed resolution to replace the 40$ kohls cash with a equivalent 40$ gift card and to hold onto the slow cookers which I already have with me does not change the scenario.I would appreciate a better compensation for the miss from their part and also for spoiling my housewarming gift plans. It appears our customer has reached out to us via a different channel and was contacted by our Executive Offices. At this time, we consider this matter resolved.
We partnered with our Corporate Refund department and requested they mail out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the amount of $90.28 as of April 22,2016. Please advise the customer to allow 7-10 business days to receive in the mail.
At this time, we are not refunding our customer the tender used for Order [redacted]0. It appears the same tender was attempted to be redeemed on a different order. If our customer wishes to discuss further, he would need to contact ###-###-####.

Upon review of our customer's concern, a credit was processed on November
2, 2016 to our customers Kohl's Charge. We processed a return for 5 dishes
altogether.
Upon review of the customer’s Kohls.com order #[redacted]
we are able to confirm the return was processed in April. Unfortunately we are
not able to verify why this credit was never applied back to the customer’s
credit card. We have re-processed the customer’s return on 07/08/15. We advise...

Hi, Putting aside the $10 Kohl's cash, since they are focused on the a $12.xx for socks I ordered on the web site, they SHOULD'VE have been refunded as well since they were out of stick.When I placed my order on 3/24, my original order was around $220.xx (with the socks in the total). I put in the 15% off code, which dropped my total down. When I got the email confirmation, it listed the $220.xx. When I got home that evening, I went online to their customer service department. They told me the socks were cancelled as of out stock, which was fine, that happens. I said how my 15% off wasn't applied to my order and was told that was corrected and was refunded. The charge sat out there as pending for a week, but was never corrected. In the end, my charge at that transaction was $209.xx (the total minus the socks), which I was told I would have the 15% refunded.As for the $10 Kohl's cash, maybe their customer service people in the store should mention that. I explained my goal was to exchange the shirt, which they didn't have in stock. I then said I would like to exchange it for the two shirts I found and I could pay the difference. I was told they couldn't and I would have to return it and buy those separately. which was fine. There was no mention of deducting $10 from the return, she just went ahead and did it.As for Kohl's comment on my spending the Kohl's cash, it's not like I had a choice. The Kohl's cash was set to expire on 4/2 and per their web site, my order was not expected to arrive until 4/4. I am not sure how I would know there would be something that wouldn't fit before any of it arrived and if I had waited, the $0 in Kohl's cash would be $0. My order arrived after the Kohl's cash was used. Unlike Amazon, where you have your merchandise in 48 hours, Kohl's took a week before even shipping it. Thanks.
