Upon review of original order [redacted], the items were cancelled due to issue with the form of tender used. In addition, our records indicate a new order [redacted], has been placed where she was able to earn Kohl's Cash. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We apologize for inconvenience the customer experienced due to the delay in processing his rebate. Upon review, we can confirm a prepaid $50.00 Visa gift card was processed on April 23, 2016. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive via mail.

The original complaint outlined an in-store pricing dispute, and rather than offering any true solution or explanation, Kohl's provided a false "canned" response regarding their purchasing department --- completely unrelated to the issue. I have tried calling customer service multiple times, none of the agents has any clue about what I asked for. That's why I had to make complaints through this channel. I hope and expect you to make it right once for all!!! So if you can, please ship the items out as stated in my order and please make sure that it indeed ships out!  Otherwise, please refund the order amount to my original payment method - Kohls gift cards! Please refund back to original cards.  It's been over a month since you said you shipped out the mechanize credit, so obviously it's got lost or your department never sent it out. Now I asked you to refund it back to my gift card (DO NOT send it out) or ship the items in my order!

We apologize for the customer's disappointment in our promotion. We are continually looking for ways to best meet the needs of all
customers and in turn, improve their experience. The customer's feedback is appreciated and will be taken under careful consideration.

Currently, we have a 14 day price adjustment policy for
items that were purchased through Kohl's. A credit may be issued to the
customer, for the difference between the sales price and the price the customer
paid. A price adjustment can be processed either in our physical store or via
Kohls.com....

The customer should return to the store with valid receipt for
assistance.
It is at the discretion of each [redacted] to honor
promotional offers outside of the valid dates. Though it is not our policy, if
the customer was informed she could redeemed the promotion, we advise her to

issue Kohl’s Cash for qualifying purchases during the valid earning periods.

A $120.50 return was processed the next day - January 15, 2015 for the order. This adjustment will reflect on the customer's bankcard statement.
