The customer
contacted us originally on April 1st, 2016, and stated she accidentally left
her jacket in a dressing room. Upon review of our customer's claim, we are
unable to confirm her jacket was located in our store. The store states they
located a jacket, but it was not the customer's based...

provided. The customer states hers was blue, the one located in our store location
was black. We did advise the customer to file a police report and contact
either her homeowner's or renter's insurance, to see if there was a possibility
they would reimburse her for her jacket. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer
our customer a $250.00 Kohl's Gift Card or a $200.00 corporate issued check, which
she states she found unacceptable. We inquired with her to provide proof of
purchase, but the customer states she is unable to locate it. Please note
Kohl's is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. If the
customer reconsiders our offer, we will be more than happy to send her either
the $250.00 Kohl's gift card or $200.00 corporate issued check.

A representative said she could help me change the address (by calling ups and FedEx), and another representative said he would refund me. Both happened on Nov 6th. Afterwards, since I didn't get refund, I called Kohls many times, and many representatives said they would refund me. Kohls should have all the records of our conversations.

It took 4 hours to put together. I have ordered several items through kohls and am disappointed.

We have processed a full refund for both items for our customer. When she returned the item to the store, we did apply a credit in the amount of $19.57 to our customers Kohl's Charge. Also, she was provided a Kohl's Cash in the amount of $31.57 that was used on the same day to purchase toys. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

I have spent at least over 4 hours across multiple phone calls with Kohl's in the last two months requesting a refund. All the answer I got was I will get a refund in 14-30 business days. I do not wish to spend another several hours begging for my refund. I want my refund be issued immediately and mailed to my address in the forms of a merchandise credit.

responded and have confirmed they did mail out a $36.00 rebate prepaid card

number 76226711) which was the name on the rebate form.They have agreed to mail out once

We have processed a return for both orders, 5212733750 and 5884535153. The credits for both orders are in the amount of $99.96 and $11.84. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to appear on their Kohl's charge ending in 7281.

[redacted]Nothing was really done, I was told to come into store & she would show me how the price tags work. I do not need to know how the tags work, I have already learned that they charge for each pair of undies in a pack & just feel this is a really odd way to charge customers. I have not had a change to get back to store yet as I live clear downtown, 264 blocks round trip, so I feel that is a long way to drive to not know what store was even going to do about the issue.

We advise the customer to attach a copy of the original purchase receipt and return receipt to research further the refund amount given to the customer.
