JustFly is a Fraudulent Business I am trying to change my airline ticket so I don't fly though Istanbul due to the terrorist attacks and civil unrestWhen I bought my ticket with *** It didn't indicate anywhere on the site where I was buying my ticket that the ticket was not able to be altered or changedThey told me I had to cancel my ticket and I wouldn't get a refundThis is an unfair business practice as there was no indication when buying or even AFTER buying the ticket that it could not be changedI called them directly a few times and they do not know what they are doingThey talk in circles and could not point me to where it said in my ticket that I could not change itThey referred me to the Terms and Conditions on their website, which do not specifically state what your ticket includesIt's a generic statement that says 'If you ticket is permitted to be changed or cancelled...'But no where on the ticket or during the process of purchasing the ticket does it s

I made a reservation for my son with Justfly and my son wanted to change the return dateI called Justfly on Monday 9/26/and was told that the total cost to change the reservation was $$was for Qantas and $was the Justfly feeI then subsequently see a charge of $from Justfly and then $from QantasWhen I called on 9/26/to find out what was happening I was told that the original agent had made a mistake and that had called back my son and he agreed to the new chargesThe only time that my son was on this call was when I held my mobile phone up and had him on a landlineHe said that he was Samuel Alan Donner and agreed to the charge which they had quoted me was $I have attempted to resolve the issue with Justfly but they fraudulently claim that they contacted my son on another call (using my cell phone number) and he agreed to the change in quoted priceThis is not true at allMy son is currently in Australia and does not have access to my phoneI fe

They charge my account for the fulll amount of a ticket but never provided me with the ticketEach time they said they could not process my ticket because they did not have access to my accountDespite the fact that they had charged my card the full amountLater on they told me my reservation had gone awayI asked to have this confirmed as well as a email confirming my money would be refundedThey provided neitherI am worried my money will not be refunded and that they will attempt to just give me creditDespite the fact that my reservation was never fully confirmed

Worse costumer service!! Booked the flight and bought the extended cancellation policy, which is a joke!!! After countless hours on the phone with costumer service trying to get my flight cancelled, all they told me is sorry our hands are tight!! They wouldn't even change the flight to a further date! This company is a fraud and have lots of miss leading informationNever will use this company again!! Stay away unless you just want to throw your money away!!

I have ordered air tickets from Justfly.comRecently I received an email from them stating that:" Please be advised that China Southern Airlines has made a change to your itinerary for reservation # xxxxxxAs a result, you must contact China Southern Airlines as soon as possible at 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx to discuss the change and confirm your new flight options." This never happended when I purchased air tickets from other sitesI always receive a notification of the change from the site directlyI am a customer of justfly but not CSAIn addition, CSA did not allow me to view my trip information since I did not buy tickets from them directlyVery bad experiences!
