On 03/20/2018, I used *** to search for flights from Portland, OR to Gold Coast, AustraliaI selected a deal that was offered through justfly.com and booked the flightI paid $for the ticketsI did not realize until I reached the confirmation page that my browser had auto-filled the field for the passenger’s first name with Kiki, my nickname, rather than my legal name, KirstenI called justfly immediately to ask if this could be correctedI thought the nature of the mistake would be clear and easily adjusted; when booking the flight, I also provided my passport number (which is under my legal name) and entered my legal name along with my billing informationDuring this call, I was advised by a justfly representative that I had two options: 1) I could cancel the booking, as it was still within the hour cancellation window, and re-book the flight with the correct name; or 2) I could wait until hours had elapsed and call back to change the nameThe representative

Frustrating customer service experience!!
Do not buy tickets from this company...if you ever have to make changes to the ticket, they will try and extort a huge sum of money from youHere is what they did when I called for making changes to my ticketThey will keep you on hold for 10-mins for every single step like checking for a specific date, checking if the ticket is valid for changes etcThe idea is pretty much to get you to just cancel a non refundable ticket and make an additional $in addition to the fees they have charged initiallyThe price they quote are far higher than what you would see on the airline websites, if you call them to change the ticketAgain the principle is to get you to cancel and have you book something new so that they can squeeze every bit of fees from youAVOID THIS COMPANY! They are out there to make life miserable for their customers

I booked a ticket with JustFly.*** in February Two weeks before my trip in December 2017, I realized through the airline app that one of the flights had been discontinued and I was placed on another flight that landed AFTER my international connecting flight (on the same itinerary) took off I first called the airline who was unable to help because the flight was booked through JustFly.***; when I called JustFly.*** I waited on the phone for over minutes to speak to the first person - supposedly due to high call volumes, however there was nothing unusual about the time that I called I was then transferred times and they still were unable to resolve my issue They promised that the issue would be dealt with within to hours and to stay by my phone and email I was never contacted hours later I called back, waited for another minutes on the phone to get it resolved There was no apology, no explanation as to why nothing had been resolved on my previous call, and again an obscene wait time to resolve As a travel agent, they should have flagged that the flight itinerary was no longer valid and resolved it directly with the airline They also should be able to resolve something of this nature over the phone if they are not going to be proactive And they most definitely should not have 30-minute wait times to speak with someone
